摘要:本工程重慶城市管理學(xué)院學(xué)生宿舍E棟投標(biāo)文件，位于重慶市涪陵大木鄉(xiāng)。本工程結(jié)構(gòu)形式為底部框架——抗震墻——砌體結(jié)構(gòu)，共4層。安全等級為二級，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計等級：丙級。設(shè)計使用年限為：50年。本工程建筑物耐火等級為二級，裂縫控制為三級。 此次工程，本人運用了廣聯(lián)達鋼筋算量軟件GGJ2009以及圖形算量軟件GCL2009進行算量，并通過手算部分工程量，來核實量的真實情況，減小誤差。然后運用計價軟件GBQ4.0進行套價，得出最后該工程的單位造價和總造價。 通過此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計，讓我對造價專業(yè)有更多深入全面的認(rèn)識。第一：通過軟件算鋼筋讓我了解了各種構(gòu)件所需要的鋼筋在實際工程中具體的做法及真實的情況。第二：讓我了解到造價的核心就是價格，對于總體價格的把控才是最為重要了，而不是去糾結(jié)于一些量少價格小且細節(jié)繁瑣的東西，質(zhì)量與效率并重才是所追求的。第三，就是學(xué)習(xí)到了廣聯(lián)達算量軟件，雖然以前都未接觸過，但是通過這一次設(shè)計，讓我對于在學(xué)校所學(xué)習(xí)到的書本的理論知識有了更深刻的領(lǐng)悟。 最后就是對于整個招投標(biāo)整個過程以及商務(wù)標(biāo)書有了更系統(tǒng)的了解。 關(guān)鍵詞：工程概況 算量 商務(wù)標(biāo) 計價
