摘要:能源是人類面臨的重要問題之一,其中能源的不合理開發(fā)利用,以及能源消耗排放對(duì)環(huán)境造成的污染,這些問題對(duì)人們的生活環(huán)境造成了很大的影響,使得節(jié)能減排成為世界各國(guó)關(guān)注的一個(gè)重要課題。而總所周知,建筑節(jié)能是實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境保護(hù)和節(jié)約能源的一個(gè)主要途徑,其中暖通空調(diào)的能量消耗在建筑能耗中占著很大的比重,壓縮冷凝機(jī)組作為暖通空調(diào)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,由制冷壓縮機(jī)、冷凝器及必要的輔助設(shè)備(不含蒸發(fā)器和節(jié)流裝置)所組成的裝置,機(jī)組的性能與空調(diào)的制冷效率有著很大的關(guān)聯(lián),因此提高壓縮冷凝機(jī)組的效率可以在一定程度上降低空調(diào)的能源消耗量,以達(dá)到節(jié)能減排的目標(biāo)。 本課題以第二制冷劑量熱器法為測(cè)試方法,設(shè)計(jì)能測(cè)試制冷量范圍為2~10kW的風(fēng)冷壓縮冷凝機(jī)組性能的試驗(yàn)室,為被測(cè)制冷壓縮冷凝機(jī)組提供能確保冷凝溫度、蒸發(fā)溫度等工況條件的設(shè)施,對(duì)制冷壓縮冷凝機(jī)組的性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)試分析,計(jì)算被測(cè)機(jī)組的制冷量,并比較壓縮機(jī)的輸入功率來檢測(cè)機(jī)組的性能。與此同時(shí),試驗(yàn)室除了要實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化操作、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定和控制精度高等指標(biāo)外,試驗(yàn)裝置的節(jié)能與否也已成為性能試驗(yàn)室的重要衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過試驗(yàn)室的測(cè)試便可選出性能更高的風(fēng)冷壓縮冷凝機(jī)組,便于更節(jié)能的空調(diào)的制造,為節(jié)能減排作出一份貢獻(xiàn)。 關(guān)鍵詞:焓差法試驗(yàn)室,風(fēng)冷壓縮冷凝機(jī)組,第二制冷劑量熱器
