摘要:風冷壓縮冷凝機組性能試驗系統(tǒng),可以準確測定風冷壓縮冷凝機組的制冷量和制冷消耗功率等技術數(shù)據(jù)。它包含一個測試環(huán)境間和一套制冷循環(huán)回路:試驗環(huán)境間用來提供風冷壓縮冷凝機組的工況條件,其溫、濕度分別由一套包含加熱、加濕、制冷、除濕的空氣處理系統(tǒng)控制實現(xiàn);制冷循環(huán)系統(tǒng),采用第二制冷劑量熱器法,測量被試風冷壓縮冷凝機組的性能參數(shù)。本次設計著重于第二制冷劑量熱器法風冷壓縮冷凝機組性能試驗系統(tǒng)的設計。 按照國家標準 GB/T 21363----2008 《容積式制冷壓縮冷凝機組》,第二制冷劑量熱器法是測定風冷壓縮冷凝機組性能試驗系統(tǒng)的代表性方法之一。本次設計通過給定被試風冷壓縮冷凝機組名義工況下制冷量和功率范圍的條件,設計出風冷壓縮冷凝機組性能試驗系統(tǒng)所需的環(huán)境間、空氣處理系統(tǒng)、室外壓縮冷凝機組和制冷系統(tǒng)中的量熱器、蒸發(fā)盤管的選型,以及進、出口管徑和溫度、壓力測點的布置等。在此基礎上,繪制出系統(tǒng)運行原理圖,撰寫完成設計說明書。 本設計不僅僅是對我們所學習知識系統(tǒng)性的考驗,也是鍛煉我們用所學的理論知識和基本技能分析解決實際問題能力的重要環(huán)節(jié)。通過設計綜合運用和深化所學的專業(yè)理論知識,培養(yǎng)獨立創(chuàng)新的能力,解決工程實際問題的能力。能夠從中得到工程技術和科學研究的基本訓練。 關鍵詞:風冷壓縮冷凝機組 性能試驗系統(tǒng) 第二制冷劑量熱器法
Abstract: Air-cooled condensing unit performance test system can accurately determine air-cooled condensing units of cooling capacity and cooling power consumption and other technical data.
