摘 要:本設(shè)計(jì)為南京某醫(yī)院地源熱泵工程設(shè)計(jì),通過方案比較,在負(fù)荷計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上,采用了風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)形式。風(fēng)機(jī)盤管為臥式暗裝,新風(fēng)不承擔(dān)室內(nèi)負(fù)荷,室內(nèi)回風(fēng)與新風(fēng)分別經(jīng)散流器送出。新風(fēng)從室外引入,由各層新風(fēng)機(jī)組處理供應(yīng)各層。冷凍水由地下室的冷凍機(jī)房供應(yīng),采用了閉式異程兩管制水系統(tǒng)。水管用泡沫橡塑保溫,風(fēng)管采用離心玻璃棉。設(shè)計(jì)工程中考慮了消聲、減振和防火排煙的措施。近年來,隨著我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及人民生活水平的不斷提高,改善建筑熱舒適條件已成為一個(gè)比較突出的要求??照{(diào)作為目前改善建筑熱舒適條件的工具,早已悄悄進(jìn)入我們的生活。據(jù)有關(guān)方面調(diào)查,在上??照{(diào)家庭擁有率已達(dá)到平均1臺(tái)以上。然而,隨著空調(diào)設(shè)備的日益普及,建筑耗能量勢必將迅猛增加,對大氣環(huán)境的污染也將日趨嚴(yán)重。如何在建筑熱舒適條件得到改善的條件下把建筑耗能量減下來,減輕對大氣環(huán)境的污染,成了暖通界人士首要其沖需要解決的問題?,F(xiàn)階段,在保證使用功能不降低的情況下,我們應(yīng)采取各種有效的技術(shù)和管理措施,把新建房屋建筑的能耗較大幅度地降下來,對原有建筑物有計(jì)劃地進(jìn)行節(jié)能改造,達(dá)到節(jié)省能源、保護(hù)環(huán)境和提高人民生活質(zhì)量的目的[1]。地源熱泵作為一種有益環(huán)境、節(jié)約能源和經(jīng)濟(jì)可行的建筑物供暖及制冷新技術(shù)越來越受到關(guān)注。它是利用地下相對穩(wěn)定的土壤溫度,通過媒介質(zhì)來獲取土壤內(nèi)冷(熱)能量的新型裝置,可一年四季方便地調(diào)節(jié)建筑內(nèi)的溫度。由于該制冷供熱方式不存在能量形式的轉(zhuǎn)換,幾乎是一種能量的“搬運(yùn)”過程,因而其能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率高、運(yùn)營成本低。 關(guān)鍵詞:空調(diào);風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng);新風(fēng);地源熱泵
