摘要:本設(shè)計為蘇州市水利局綜合樓建筑給水排水設(shè)計。包括建筑給水系統(tǒng)、建筑排水系統(tǒng)、建筑消防系統(tǒng)、建筑熱水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。 該建筑東側(cè)及南側(cè)的城市道路旁，有一市政給水干管可做為該建筑物的水源，管徑為DN300，常年資用水頭為24米，與樓距離20米，管頂埋深1.5米。其中排水系統(tǒng)還包括雨水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，消防系統(tǒng)包括消火栓系統(tǒng)和自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。建筑給水系統(tǒng)將本建筑物分成三個區(qū)，低區(qū)為依靠市政管網(wǎng)水壓直接供水，中區(qū)和高區(qū)采用變頻水泵供水方式，即用變頻泵供水。排水系統(tǒng)采用污廢水合流系統(tǒng)，污廢水進(jìn)入化糞池處理，建筑底層單獨(dú)設(shè)置排水立管將污水排至化糞池。雨水系統(tǒng)采用重力半有壓流系統(tǒng)。消防給水系統(tǒng)中的消火栓系統(tǒng)采用兩股水柱同時到達(dá)。自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)在辦公室、走廊和客房布置。消防水池的體積為室內(nèi)消防水量、噴淋系統(tǒng)水量和室外消防水量之和。熱水系統(tǒng)中熱源為建筑物附近的表壓為0.20MPa的蒸汽熱源。加熱器采用半容積式水加熱器。給水管材采用三型聚丙烯管（PP-R）管材，排水管道采用硬聚氯乙烯管（UPVC），消防管材選用鋼管，熱水管材選用交聯(lián)聚乙烯（PEX）。 關(guān)鍵詞 給水；消防；排水；噴淋
