摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)是河南省C市A區(qū)污水處理廠的初步設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)處理廢水為典型的城市污水,規(guī)模為34265m3/d。處理水質(zhì)為:BOD5=200mg/L,CODcr=410mg/L,SS=200mg/L,TN=35mg/L,TP =5mg/L;設(shè)計(jì)出水水質(zhì)BOD5 ≤ 10mg/L,CODcr≤ 50mg/L,SS ≤ 10 mg/L,TN ≤ 15mg/L,TP ≤ 0.5 mg/L,即要求污水處理后達(dá)到《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB 18918-2002)》的一級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求和求新的思想,該污水處理工程進(jìn)水中氮和磷含量均偏高,在去除BOD5和SS的同時(shí),還需要進(jìn)行脫氮除磷處理,故采用UCT工藝。該工藝具有高效,節(jié)能的特點(diǎn),且耐沖擊負(fù)荷高,出水水質(zhì)好。因此,具有廣泛的適應(yīng)性,完全適合本設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)際要求。本工藝的主要構(gòu)筑物包括格柵、污水泵房、沉砂池、生化池、二沉池等。 設(shè)計(jì)中對各處理構(gòu)筑物進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算和工藝參數(shù)確定,并繪制了污水處理廠總平面圖、工藝流程圖、高程圖及單項(xiàng)構(gòu)筑物施工工藝圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 城市污水;UCT;脫氮除磷
Abstract:This project is a primary design of sewage plant of drainage system design C city A District OF Henan province. The treated wastewater is typical municipal sewage.The design scale is 34265 m3/d. The primary water quality is presented as following: BOD5 = 200 mg/L,CODcr = 410 mg/L,SS = 200 mg/L,TN=35 mg/L,TP =5 mg/L;and the effluent need reach the GB 8978-1996,which is BOD5 ≤ 10mg/L,CODcr ≤ 50mg/L,SS ≤ 10 mg/L, TN ≤ 15mg/L,TP ≤ 0.5 mg/L. According to the designing requirement and thought of looking for novelty,the content of nitrogen and phosphi is on the high side in this project,so it should be dealed with,while get rid of BOD5 and SS.We adopt and useUCT(Univerdity Of Cape Town),which is a popular wastewater treatment process in recent years.The advantage of this comprehensive craft is extensive adaptability,totally suitable for reality originally designed's purpose.Its main structures include grid,sewage pumping house,sand pool,UCT and Concentration pool etc. In the design,it has carried on the detailed computation to each main processing construction,and plans the sewage treatment plant general layout,the sewage elevation chart.
