摘要:河南省D市A區(qū)排水工程設(shè)計分雨水污水管網(wǎng)設(shè)計與污水處理廠設(shè)計兩大部分,旨在對本科期間給水排水工程所學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了一個總結(jié)。 河南省D市A區(qū)夏季多雨,冬季干燥。采用完全分流制排水系統(tǒng)。污水管網(wǎng)經(jīng)各分區(qū)收集,匯集到城市的主干管,然后進(jìn)入污水處理廠進(jìn)行處理。雨水管網(wǎng)根據(jù)地形坡度,分為三個大區(qū),各區(qū)匯集的雨水直接經(jīng)由主干管排放至河流中。排水管采用鋼筋混凝土管。 污水處理廠采用UCT工藝,通過三級處理最終水質(zhì)達(dá)到國家1級A排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 預(yù)處理以格柵、沉砂池、二沉池組成,粗、細(xì)格柵的傾角均為60°,粗格柵槽長4.2m,細(xì)格柵槽長3.5m,采用機(jī)械清渣。提升泵房選用350S16型單級雙吸水泵4臺,3用1備,3用1備。 旋流式沉砂池設(shè)一組分兩格運(yùn)行,每格設(shè)計流量為Q=281L/s; 二級處理采用UCT生化反應(yīng)池,厭氧池平均停留時間為2h,容積為4640.4m3;缺氧池均停留時間為2.74h,容積為4868.75m3; 二沉池采用輻流式沉淀池,池子直徑為30m,沉淀部分有效水深2.86m,沉淀時間2h,污泥斗容積為143.58m3。進(jìn)水管直徑400mm,流速為0.1m/s。 剩余污泥經(jīng)濃縮消化處理后,經(jīng)過機(jī)械脫水然后外運(yùn)。由于城市污水40%做中水回用,處理后的污水40%流經(jīng)活性砂濾池進(jìn)行深度處理,其他60%處理完成后直接排放至水體。 工程投入使用后將大大緩解夏季城市的內(nèi)澇問題,并減輕由于水污染造成的環(huán)境惡化情況。 關(guān)鍵詞: 完全分流制排水系統(tǒng);UCT生化反應(yīng)池;輻流式沉淀池
