摘要:隨著人民生活質(zhì)量的提高,對供水量和質(zhì)的要求正不斷擴展,同時實施水的可持續(xù)利用和保護,使水之源不斷破壞,并能進入良性的水質(zhì)水量再生循環(huán),也已成為政府和廣大群眾的關(guān)注的焦點,同時隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,城市化水平的逐步提高,環(huán)境保護措施的落實以及市場經(jīng)濟的建立,給水排水事業(yè)作為城市的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之一,也得到了蓬勃的發(fā)展,具有綜合功能的大批高層建筑的拔地而起。這一切給建筑給排水工程的設(shè)計提出了許多新的要求,供水技術(shù)先進化的步伐急待加快。 本設(shè)計是某三十層臨沂鑫瑞萬方商住樓建筑給排水工程設(shè)計,主要包括給水系統(tǒng)、排水系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)四個部分。 給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)供水,低區(qū)負(fù)二到五層,由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水;中區(qū)六到十六層,高區(qū)十七到二十八層,采用高位水箱減壓閥供水方式,由地下室的供水泵供水到屋頂?shù)母呶凰?,再由高位水箱向中、高區(qū)管網(wǎng)供水;排水系統(tǒng)采用的是污、廢分流制,底層單獨排水,排水立管設(shè)伸頂通氣管,污水在經(jīng)化糞池處理后排向市政污水管網(wǎng);消防系統(tǒng)分消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng),其中消火栓系統(tǒng)采用水泵水箱聯(lián)合供水。熱水采用的是封閉式機械半循環(huán)系統(tǒng),分區(qū)情況和冷水系統(tǒng)一致,冷水通過容積式水加熱器集中加熱后,再由提升泵供向配水管網(wǎng);雨水采用的是外排水系統(tǒng),雨水直接排向市政雨水管網(wǎng)。 給水管和排水管分別采用PP—R管和UPVC管,消防系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)都采用鋼管。 關(guān)鍵詞 高層建筑;給水系統(tǒng);排水系統(tǒng)

All of this building to put forward many new requirements and design of drainage engineering, advanced technology to accelerate the pace of water supply. This design is the design of water supply and drainage engineering of a thirty layer of Linyi Xin Rui million square commercial and residential building, including four parts of water supply system, drainage system, fire system and hot water system. Water supply system using zoning, low area minus two to five layer, by the municipal water supply pipe network directly; the central six to sixteen layers, high seventeen to twenty-eight layers, with high water pressure reducing valve water supply mode, by the high underground tank water pump water supply to the roof, and then by the high water tank to water supply, high network; sewage drainage system is used, waste diversion system, the separate drainage, drainage pipe is provided with ventilating pipes, sewage is treated in the septic tank back into the municipal sewage pipe network; fire control system of fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrant system, which the water tank joint water supply. Hot water is used in closed mechanical circulatory system, partition and chilled water system, cooling water through the volumetric water heater heating, then the lift pump for the water distribution network; rainwater is used in external drainage system, rain water directly discharged to the municipal rainwater pipe network.
