摘要:本建筑為23層商業(yè)辦公樓,為鋼砼框架結(jié)構。一、二、三、四層為商業(yè),以上為辦公。本設計主要包括建筑給水系統(tǒng)、建筑熱水系統(tǒng)、建筑排水系統(tǒng)、建筑消防系統(tǒng)四個部分。 給水系統(tǒng): 給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)供水,一層至五層為低區(qū),由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水,采用下行上給的供水方式,六層至十層為中區(qū),十一層至十七層為高區(qū)。由設于室外泵房內(nèi)變頻無負壓自動增壓給水設備進行供水。Ⅰ區(qū)給水立管(用DN標注)采用PP-R管(S4級),熱熔粘接;從加壓設備出來的給水管和Ⅱ區(qū)、Ⅲ區(qū)、Ⅳ區(qū)的給水立管(用DN標注)采用鋼塑復合管,螺紋連接,管道承壓能力不小于1.6MPa;戶內(nèi)明管采用PP-R管,熱熔粘接。 熱水系統(tǒng): 建筑熱水系統(tǒng)采用開式機械循環(huán)系統(tǒng),本建筑只有衛(wèi)生間臺上盆需要供熱水,采用集中熱水供應,熱源來自市政熱蒸汽熱源,屋頂水箱供給冷水,室外泵房集中設置半容積式水加熱器,熱水管材橫干管和立管采用鋼襯塑復合管,橫支管采用PPR管,管道位于室內(nèi),橫干管做保溫,其余管道不做保溫處理。 排水系統(tǒng): 排水系統(tǒng)采用的是污廢合流制,采用硬聚氯乙烯(U-PVC)排水塑料管,粘接連接。每根立管每層設伸縮節(jié)一個。DN≥75的排水立管每層設一個阻火圈。 消防系統(tǒng): 本建筑設室內(nèi)消火栓給水系統(tǒng),室內(nèi)消火栓用水量為30L/s,每根豎管最小流量15L/s,每支水槍最小流量5 L/s。室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng)不分區(qū),采用水箱、水泵聯(lián)合供水,系統(tǒng)采用臨時高壓給水方式,火災初期10min的水由消防水箱供給,正常供水由消防水泵從貯水池內(nèi)抽取,消火栓給水管網(wǎng)呈環(huán)狀布置,各消火栓箱內(nèi)設消防水泵啟動電鈕,能直接啟動消防泵,室外設地上式水泵結(jié)合器。此建筑的火災危險等級屬于中危險Ⅰ級,設濕式自動噴淋系統(tǒng),其設計噴水強度為6,設計作用面積為160,系統(tǒng)噴頭的工作壓力為0.10MPa,用水量為30L/s?!?/p> 關鍵詞 給水系統(tǒng);熱水系統(tǒng);排水系統(tǒng);消防系統(tǒng)

Hot water system: Building hot water system uses open mechanical circulatory system, this building is only bathroom countertop need water heating, centralized hot water supply, heat from the municipal heat supply steam as the heat source, the roof water tank water pump room, outdoor set half volume type water heater, material horizontal trunk pipe and vertical pipe with steel lining plastic composite pipe hot water pipes, horizontal branch by using the PPR pipe, pipe located in the interior, pipe insulation dry cross, the rest of the pipeline without heat treatment. Drainage system: The drainage system is used in sewage confluence, using hard polyvinyl chloride (U-PVC) plastic drain pipe, bonding connection. Each vertical tube each layer is provided with a telescopic joint. DN ≥ 75 drainage riser each layer is provided with a fire blocking ring.
