摘要:在綜合對比分析的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計了徐州水岸名都住宅樓樓建筑給水系統(tǒng)、建筑排水系統(tǒng)、建筑消防系統(tǒng)（消火栓給水系統(tǒng)及自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)）、建筑屋面雨水排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。 給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)供水，低區(qū)一到四層，由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水；中區(qū)五到十二層，高區(qū)十三到十六層，均采用無負(fù)壓變頻供水。 排水系統(tǒng)采用污、廢水合流制，底層單獨排放，排水立管設(shè)伸頂通氣管，污水直接排向市政污水管網(wǎng)。 消防系統(tǒng)分消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)，其中消火栓系統(tǒng)采用水泵供水。 屋面雨水排水系統(tǒng)采用檐溝外排水。 熱水系統(tǒng)采用 給水管采用PP-R管；排水管采用UPVC管；消防系統(tǒng)均采用鍍鋅鋼管。 關(guān)鍵詞 高層建筑；給水系統(tǒng)；排水系統(tǒng)；消防系統(tǒng)
Abstract:Based on the synthesis analysis, design of fire protection system in Xuzhou waterfront city residential building water supply system, drainage system, building (fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system), design of building roof rainwater drainage system. Water supply system using zoning, low area to the four floor, by the municipal water supply pipe network directly; the central five to twelve layers, high thirteen to sixteen layers, with no water supply.
