摘要:本設(shè)計是關(guān)于銅山區(qū)鑫源大廈的建筑給水排水設(shè)計,主要是建筑給水、排水、熱水、消防系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。 本設(shè)計的建筑位于徐州市銅山區(qū),是一棟12層高的綜合性民用建筑。給排水工程設(shè)計包括了室內(nèi)生活給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、室內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、室內(nèi)消防給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、以及雨水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。生活給水系統(tǒng)分為兩個區(qū),一至二層為低區(qū),采用市政給水管網(wǎng)直接供水,三層至十二層為高區(qū),利用屋頂高位水箱給系統(tǒng)供水。消防給水系統(tǒng)分為消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動噴淋滅火系統(tǒng),本建筑為一類民用建筑,而其建筑高度≥50m,按《高層民用建筑防火設(shè)計規(guī)范》規(guī)定,室內(nèi)消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分別取20L/s和15L/s自動噴淋系統(tǒng)計算用水量為16L/s,自動噴淋系統(tǒng)在屋頂設(shè)增壓設(shè)備。排水系統(tǒng)采用污廢合流制,排水系統(tǒng)采用特殊的伸頂通氣單立管排水系統(tǒng),通氣冒高出屋頂1.00m。給水系統(tǒng)采用PP-R給水管材,消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)采用無縫鍍鋅鋼管,排水系統(tǒng)立管采用PPI螺旋排水管,各層排水支管采用普通的UPVC排水管。在地下層設(shè)貯水池和加壓泵房,地下室另設(shè)集水坑,集水坑中設(shè)潛污泵,保證污水及時排出。 關(guān)鍵詞 建筑給水;建筑排水;消防;噴淋;熱水
