摘要:本設(shè)計建筑為一個20層的商業(yè)辦公樓，給水排水工程的設(shè)計包括生活給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，熱水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，室內(nèi)消防給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。生活給水系統(tǒng)分區(qū)分為三個區(qū)，一至四層為低區(qū)，五至十二層為中層，十三至二十層為高層，利用地下室泵房變頻泵供水。 消防系統(tǒng)分為消火栓系統(tǒng)和自動噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)，本建筑為一類民用建筑，而建筑高度≥50m，按《高層民用建筑防火設(shè)計規(guī)范》規(guī)定，室內(nèi)消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分別取30L/s和20L/s，自動噴淋系統(tǒng)用水量取30L/s，自動噴淋系統(tǒng)在屋頂設(shè)增壓設(shè)備。 排水系統(tǒng)采用污廢合流制，排水系統(tǒng)采用伸頂通氣單立管排水系統(tǒng)，通氣冒高出屋頂1m。 熱水系統(tǒng)選擇集中熱水供應(yīng)方式，以附件蒸汽熱源作為熱源，熱水供應(yīng)方式為：采用集中熱水供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)、間接加熱方式、開式、全天熱水供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)。 給水系統(tǒng)采用PP-R給水管材，消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)采用熱鍍鋅鋼管，排水系統(tǒng)采用硬聚氯乙烯(U-PVC)排水塑料管，粘接連接，熱水系統(tǒng)橫干管及立管采用鋼襯塑復(fù)合管，做保溫，室內(nèi)橫支管采用給水聚丙烯（PPR）熱水管。在地下室設(shè)置貯水池和加壓泵房，地下室另設(shè)集水坑，集水坑中設(shè)潛污泵，保證污水及時排出。 關(guān)鍵詞：建筑；給水系統(tǒng)；排水系統(tǒng)；熱水系統(tǒng)；消防系統(tǒng)
Abstract:The design and construction of a 20 layer of commercial office buildings,water supply and drainage engineering design includes the design of water supply system,drainage system,hot water system design,the design of indoor fire water supply system.Life water supply system partition is divided into three zones,one to four layers as low area,five to twelve for the middle,thirteen to twenty layers of high-rise,the basement pump water supply pump. Fire protection system is divided into fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system,the construction of a class of civil construction,and the height of the building is greater than or equal to 50m,according to the"Regulations"code for design of fire system of high rise civil buildings,indoor and outdoor fire hydrant,fire hydrant water consumption were 30L/sand20L/s,automatic sprinkler system water 30L/s,automatic sprinkler system pressurized equipment on the roof. Drainage system using sewage waste sewage system,drainage system with ventilating single stack drainage system,ventilation at high roof 1m.The hot water system of central hot water supply mode,to annex the steam as the heat source as the heat source,the hot water supply mode: the centralized water supply system,in direct heating mode,open,24-hour hot water supply system. Water supply system adopts PP-R water supply pipe,fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system use shot galvanized steel pipe,drainage system with rigid polyvinyl chloride(U-PVC)plastic drain pipe connection adhesive,hot water system,horizontal trunk pipe and vertical pipe with steel lining plastic composite pipe,heat insulation,indoor horizontal branch pipe with water of polypropylene(PPR)pipes for hot water.Storage pool in the basement and the pressure pump,the basement a sump,sump is arranged in the submersible sewage pump sewage discharged timely,ensure.
