摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)的建筑為十一層的辦公綜合樓，給排水工程設(shè)計(jì)包括了室內(nèi)生活給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，室內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，室內(nèi)消防給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，以及雨水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。生活給水系統(tǒng)分為兩個(gè)區(qū)：一到兩層為低區(qū)，采用市政給水管網(wǎng)直接供水；三層至十一層為高區(qū)，利用屋頂高位水箱給系統(tǒng)供水。消防給水系統(tǒng)分為消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)，本建筑按《高層民用建筑防火設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》規(guī)定，室內(nèi)消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量最低分別取40L/s和30L/s，自動(dòng)噴淋系統(tǒng)計(jì)算用水量為21L/s，自動(dòng)噴淋系統(tǒng)在屋頂設(shè)增壓設(shè)備。排水系統(tǒng)采用污廢合流制，排水系統(tǒng)采用伸頂通氣立管排水系統(tǒng)，通氣冒高出屋頂1.00m。給水系統(tǒng)采用PP-R給水管材，消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)采用無(wú)縫鍍鋅鋼管，排水系統(tǒng)立管采用PPI螺旋排水管，各層排水支管采用普通的UPVC排水管。為保證水壓相同，熱水系統(tǒng)的布置和給水相同，采用PP-R給水管材。 關(guān)鍵詞 建筑；給水；消防；噴淋；排水；熱水

Fire control supply water system divide into fire hydrant supply water system and automatic spray fire extinguishing system, building this one building, stipulate according to " high-story civil building fire prevention the design specification ", water consumption of the indoor fire hydrant and outdoor fire hydrant water consumption fetch 40L/s and30L/s respectively, automatic spray systematic water consumption fetch 21L/s, automatic spray system set up the pressurized equipment on the roof. Supply water system adopt PP-R supply water pipe , fire hydrant supply water system and automatic spray fire extinguishing system adopted and has not sewn the zinc-plated steel tube , the drainage system sets up and is in charge of adopting PPI spiral drain pipe, drain off water and prop up in charge of adopting ordinary UPVC drain piping on the everyth floor.In order to ensure the water pressure is the same, the layout of hot water systems and water supply are the same, PPR water supply pipes.
