摘要:本設計是徐州碧桂園建筑給排水工程設計,該住宅為二十層,主要包括室內生活給水系統(tǒng)、室內消防給水系統(tǒng)、室內排水系統(tǒng)、室內熱水給水系統(tǒng)四個部分。 生活給水系統(tǒng):采用分區(qū)給水,共計兩個區(qū)。一層至四層為低區(qū),由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水。五至二十層為高區(qū),采用水池、水泵、水箱聯(lián)合供水。 消防系統(tǒng):采用消火栓給水系統(tǒng),室內消火栓給水系統(tǒng)采用臨時高壓給水,由消防水池、加壓泵、供水管、閥門、室內消火栓等組成。火災初期10min的用水量由屋頂消防水箱供給,正常供水由消防水泵從貯水池內抽取。 排水系統(tǒng):采用污、廢水分流制,每個衛(wèi)生間和廚房都設一根排水立管,衛(wèi)生間的污水在底層匯合后進入化糞池再排入北邊的市政排水管網(wǎng),廚房的廢水在底層匯合后進入隔油池,排水系統(tǒng)僅設伸頂通氣管。 熱水系統(tǒng):采用封閉式機械循環(huán)熱水系統(tǒng),通過蒸汽熱源間接加熱。分區(qū)情況與冷水系統(tǒng)一致,低區(qū)通過市政管網(wǎng)水壓直接供水,高區(qū)通過高位水箱的壓力,再加熱水箱出水口外加一個水泵往上供水。 給水系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)均采用PPR給水管材,排水系統(tǒng)采用UPVC排水管,消火栓給水系統(tǒng)采用熱鍍鋅鋼管。 關鍵詞 高層建筑;給水;消防;排水;熱水
Abstract:This design is Xu Zhou country garden building water supply and drainage engineering design, the residential is twenty layer, mainly including indoor living water supply system, indoor drainage system, fire water system and the indoor hot water supply system in four parts. Living water supply system: the water division, a total of two area. One to four layers is low area, directly by the municipal pipe network of water supply. Five to twenty layer is high area, USES the pool of water, water pump, water tank joint water supply. Fire control system: adopting the fire hydrant water supply system, indoor fire hydrant water supply system USES temporary high pressure water supply, the fire tank, pump, pipes, valves, an indoor fire hydrant, etc. Early fire 10 min by roof water tank of water supply, the normal water supply by fire pump from extraction from the reservoir. Drainage system: the sewage, waste water diversion system, each toilet and kitchen set drainage riser, a piece of toilet wastewater after the underlying join into the septic tank and then discharged into municipal drainage pipe network, on the north side of the kitchen waste water after the underlying join into the separation tank, drainage system only a roof ventilation tube. Hot water system: a closed mechanical circulating hot water system, indirect heating by steam heat source. Partition is consistent with cold water system, low area through the municipal pipe network water pressure water directly, high area by high pressure water tank, then heat the water tank water outlet and a water pump up. Water supply system and hot water system adopt PPR water supply pipes, drainage system uses UPVC drainage pipe, fire hydrant water supply system using hot dip galvanized steel pipe.
