摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)是某十五層民用住宅樓的建筑給排水設(shè)計(jì),主要包括給水系統(tǒng)、排水系統(tǒng)消防系統(tǒng)、熱水系統(tǒng)和屋面雨水系統(tǒng)五個(gè)部分。 給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)供水,一到四層為低區(qū),由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水。五層到十五層為高區(qū),采用上行下給的供水方式,由地下車(chē)庫(kù)的供水泵供水到屋頂?shù)母呶凰?,再由高位水箱向高區(qū)管網(wǎng)供水;排水系統(tǒng)采用的是污、廢合流制,底層單獨(dú)排水,排水立管僅設(shè)伸頂通氣管,污水再經(jīng)化糞池處理后排向市政污水管網(wǎng);消防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)成消火栓滅火系統(tǒng),火災(zāi)初期10min的水由消防水箱供給,正常供水由消防水泵從貯水池內(nèi)抽取。熱水采用的是封閉式機(jī)械半循環(huán)系統(tǒng),分區(qū)情況和冷水系統(tǒng)一致,冷水通過(guò)電加熱器集中加熱后,再由提升泵供向配水管網(wǎng);雨水采用的是內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng),雨水直接排向市政污水管網(wǎng)。給水管和排水管分別采用PP—R管和UPVC管,消防系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)都采用鍍鋅鋼管。 設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了各系統(tǒng)方案的確定、平面布置和計(jì)算,以及各種設(shè)備的選型,并做工程概算和Excel宏編制程序。最后用CAD繪制了各個(gè)系統(tǒng)的平面施工圖和系統(tǒng)軸側(cè)圖。 關(guān)鍵詞:高層建筑 ;建筑給排水;給水管材
Abstract:This design is a fifteen storey residential building to the drainage design, including water supply system, drainage system, fire system, hot water system and roof rainwater system five parts. Water-supply system partition, one to six layers as low area, by the municipal water supply pipe network directly. Seven to fifteen layers as high area, the upstream to water supply mode, by the high water tank underground garage water pump water supply to the roof, and then by the high water tank to the high network; sewage drainage system is used, waste sewage system, the separate drainage, drainage tube only reached number of trachea, wastewater treated in the septic tank back into the municipal sewage pipe network; fire system design into a fire hydrant system, the early fire 10min water from fire water supply, the normal water supply of fire pumps from the tank extraction. Hot water is used in closed mechanical circulatory system, partition and chilled water system, cooling water through the electric heater heating, again by the lift pump for the water distribution network; rainwater is used within the drainage system, rain water is directly discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network. Water supply and drainage pipes were used PP - R pipe and UPVC pipe, fire and water systems are made of galvanized steel pipes. The design process of the identification system, layout and calculation, selection and various types of equipment, and do the project budget and the Excel macro program.
