摘要:設(shè)計(jì)建筑是鹽城市朗香郡3號(hào)樓,為一22層民用建筑,包含一層地下室、物業(yè)和若干層住宅。該建筑東側(cè)及南側(cè)的城市道路旁,有一市政給水干管可做為該建筑物的水源,管徑為DN300,常年資用水頭為26米,與樓距離18米,管頂埋深1.5米。城市排水管道在擬建建筑物西側(cè)和北側(cè),管徑為DN400,管頂埋深為2.5米,與樓距離20米。建筑附近有表壓為0.20MPa的蒸汽熱源。 本次設(shè)計(jì)分為4部分內(nèi)容:建筑給水設(shè)計(jì)、建筑排水設(shè)計(jì)、建筑消防設(shè)計(jì)、建筑熱水設(shè)計(jì)。 建筑給水設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行豎向分區(qū),一層到五層設(shè)為低區(qū),由市政干管26m常年資用水頭供水。六層到十四層設(shè)為中區(qū),十五二十二層設(shè)為高區(qū),中區(qū)與高區(qū)分別由各自變頻泵組供給水壓。給水管道選擇三型無(wú)規(guī)共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)管。 建筑排水設(shè)計(jì)采用污廢合流制。將二層到二十二層設(shè)為高層,設(shè)專用通氣立管通氣。一層單獨(dú)排出,與高層排水系統(tǒng)的專用通氣立管相連。排水管道選擇硬聚乙烯塑料管(UPVC)。雨水排水系統(tǒng)選擇外排水系統(tǒng),重力半有壓流的87雨水斗系統(tǒng),無(wú)溝排水,單斗系統(tǒng)。 建筑消防設(shè)計(jì)中建筑的消火栓的靜水壓力不超過(guò)建筑給排水設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)規(guī)定消防栓的最大靜水壓力1.0MPa,采用不分區(qū)的消火栓系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)規(guī)范要求,在地下室內(nèi)設(shè)自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)選擇濕式自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。 建筑熱水設(shè)計(jì)選擇間接加熱方式,閉式,立管循環(huán)方式,全天循環(huán)方式,機(jī)械循環(huán)方式,下行上給供水方式。熱水管道選擇交聯(lián)聚乙烯(PE-X)管。 關(guān)鍵詞 高層建筑;給水;消防;排水;熱水
