摘要:本設(shè)計是南通市星海紫郡綜合樓建筑給水排水工程設(shè)計,該商住樓共17層,其中1~3層是商業(yè)用戶,4~17+1層是住宅,主要包括建筑給水系統(tǒng)、建筑排水系統(tǒng)、建筑消防系統(tǒng)、建筑熱水給水系統(tǒng)四個部分。 建筑給水系統(tǒng):采用分區(qū)給水方式,結(jié)合本設(shè)計給出的建筑層高條件及市政管網(wǎng)提供24米的穩(wěn)定水壓的條件,將該建筑分為3個供水區(qū),低區(qū)1~3層,中區(qū)4~13層,高區(qū)14~17(+1)層。低區(qū)采用市政水壓直接供水,中區(qū)和高區(qū)采用水泵水箱聯(lián)合供水的方式,機組設(shè)置在地下室。 建筑排水系統(tǒng):采用污、廢水合流制,設(shè)通氣管。污水和雨水分別設(shè)置立管,污水經(jīng)過化糞池處理后排入市政管網(wǎng)中,雨水、廢水直接排入市政管網(wǎng)中。 建筑消防系統(tǒng):本建筑為商住綜合樓,1~3層是商鋪,4~17層是住宅,故需采用自動噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)和消火栓滅火系統(tǒng),建筑防火等級為中危險Ⅰ級。 建筑熱水系統(tǒng):采用半容積式水加熱器,分區(qū)情況與冷水系統(tǒng)一致,熱水系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)一供給的蒸汽熱源0.20MPa。 設(shè)計中涉及到的管道布置、計算與安裝及設(shè)備選型,均應(yīng)遵循相關(guān)規(guī)范的要求,力求經(jīng)濟合理,簡潔高效。 關(guān)鍵詞 高層建筑;給水;排水;消防;熱水
Abstract:This design is purple, Nantong Xinghai County Comprehensive Building Construction Plumbing engineering design, a total of 17 floors of the residential and commercial, in which 1 to 3 storey commercial users, 4 to 17 + level is residential, including building water supply systems, construction of drainage systems, building fire protection systems, building water supply system of four parts. Building water supply system: water partition mode, combined with the design conditions and given storey building offers 24 meters of municipal pipe network water pressure stable condition, the building is divided into three supply zones, the lower zone 1 to 3 layers, District 4 to 13 layers, the upper zone 14 to 17 (+1) layer. Low pressure area will adopt the municipal water supply directly, Central District uses the water pump and the high water tank combined approach, the crew set up in the basement. Building drainage system: sewage, wastewater combined system, set up through the trachea. Sewage and rainwater were set risers, septic tank treated sewage has been discharged into the municipal pipe network, water, waste water directly into the municipal pipe network. Building Fire System: The construction of residential and commercial complex, 1 to 3 layers of shops, 4 to 17 storey residential, it requires the use of automatic sprinkler systems and fire hydrant systems, building fire danger rating in grade Ⅰ. Building hot water system: semi-displacement type water heaters, partitioning consistent with the cold water system, hot water system, a unified supply steam heat 0.20MPa. The pipeline involved in the design layout, equipment selection and calculation and installation, are the corresponding design principle, seek economical, simple and efficient.
