摘要:本設(shè)計是二十二層住宅的建筑給排水工程設(shè)計,主要包括建筑給水系統(tǒng)、建筑排水系統(tǒng)、建筑消防系統(tǒng)、建筑熱水系統(tǒng)。建筑給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)供水,一到四層為低區(qū),由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水;五層到十三層為中區(qū),十四層到二十二層為高區(qū),用水泵水箱聯(lián)合供水。建筑排水系統(tǒng):衛(wèi)生間采用污、廢水分流制,廚房采用廢水單獨(dú)排放,底層單獨(dú)排水,衛(wèi)生間的污水經(jīng)化糞池處理后排入市政排水管網(wǎng),廚房及衛(wèi)生間的廢水直接排入市政排水管網(wǎng),廢水排水立管僅設(shè)伸頂通氣立管,污水排水立管設(shè)通氣立管,為雙立管排水系統(tǒng)。管材采用塑料管。建筑消防系統(tǒng)主要采用室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng),火災(zāi)初期10min 消防用水量由屋頂消防水箱供給,消防水箱的水由消防水泵從消防水池抽?。?0min后的啟動消防水泵,從消防水池抽水供消火栓使用,水池的有效容積為300 立方米。地下室及電梯前室設(shè)自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng),自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)采用濕式自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。消火栓系統(tǒng)和自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)均采用鋼管。建筑熱水系統(tǒng)采用開式機(jī)械循環(huán)系統(tǒng),熱水的分區(qū)系統(tǒng)同冷水系統(tǒng);采用集中熱水供應(yīng),熱源來自市政熱媒管網(wǎng)(0.20MPa),下區(qū)的水加熱器由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水,采用下行上給的給水方式;中區(qū)和高區(qū)的水加熱器由高位水箱供水,均采用上行下給的給水方式。 關(guān)鍵詞 高層建筑;給水系統(tǒng);排水系統(tǒng);消防系統(tǒng);熱水系統(tǒng)
