摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)為徐州泉山區(qū)宜家庭院建筑給水排水工程設(shè)計(jì) 。徐州泉山區(qū)宜家庭院為21層民用建筑,地下兩層分別為儲藏室和車庫,地上為住宅。此外,屋頂設(shè)有閣樓間。其中地下室每層層高為2.7m,地上頂層層高為3.1m,其余每層層高為2.9m,總層高64m。 設(shè)計(jì)主要包括對建筑內(nèi)的給水排水工程以及與之配套的室內(nèi)外部分給水排水工程的設(shè)計(jì),具體包括:建筑室內(nèi)給水系統(tǒng)、建筑熱水系統(tǒng)、建筑消防系統(tǒng)、自動噴灑系統(tǒng)、建筑排水系統(tǒng)以及建筑雨水系統(tǒng)。 在給水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,采用分區(qū)給水的方式。1—3層為底層,4—15層為中層,16—21層為高層。底層,采用室外官網(wǎng)直接供水,中、高層均采用水泵和水箱聯(lián)合供水及下行上給的供水方式。 該建筑為高層住宅建筑,按照高層民用建筑防火規(guī)范,消火栓宜布置在明顯、經(jīng)常有人出入且使用方便的地方,因而在該建筑的房間走廊中,電梯的前室以及地下室中均布有消火栓。其中屋頂水箱應(yīng)貯存火災(zāi)初期10min的消防水量。該建筑危險等級為中危險級Ⅰ級,采用濕式自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。 在排水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,衛(wèi)生間采用污、廢水分流制,廚房采用廢水單獨(dú)排放,衛(wèi)生間的污水經(jīng)化糞池處理后排入市政排水管網(wǎng),廚房及衛(wèi)生間的廢水直接排入市政排水管網(wǎng)。雨水采用內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng),雨水設(shè)專門的雨水立管排入市政雨水管道。 熱水系統(tǒng)采用全循環(huán)的系統(tǒng),高區(qū)低區(qū)均為上行下給的布置形式。最不利點(diǎn)水溫大約為60℃,管道中水溫在60℃—70℃之間。建筑熱水系統(tǒng)采用循環(huán)水泵供水系統(tǒng),采用集中熱水供應(yīng),熱源來自市政熱媒管網(wǎng)(0.20MPa)。 關(guān)鍵詞:建筑給水;建筑排水;建筑雨水;建筑熱水;建筑消防
