摘要:資源的可持續(xù)利用要求對(duì)資源合理開(kāi)發(fā)與投入,本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)模型出發(fā),運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)方法分析某一水域,在四個(gè)捕撈主體的情況下,分別就Cournot模型和Stackelberg模型分析四個(gè)主體為了自身獲得最大持續(xù)利潤(rùn)而投入的捕撈量,并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況對(duì)模型結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析解釋. 關(guān)鍵詞: 魚(yú)類資源;可持續(xù)發(fā)展;Cournot模型;Stackelberg模型;經(jīng)典Logistic模型
ABSTRACT:The sustainable use of resources requires rational development and investment. From the economics, this thesis would use the mathematical methods to analyze a certain waters. By the condition of four fishing main subjects, this paper try to analyze the four fishing main subjects to decide the amount of investment in fishing in order to obtain the maximum sustained profit of the fisheries by using the Cournot model and the Stackelberg model respectively. 當(dāng)存在四個(gè)捕撈主體時(shí),不論是Cournot模型還是Stackelberg模型,與只有一個(gè)主體相比,總體上都存在多付出但持續(xù)利潤(rùn)卻減少的情況,而且平穩(wěn)狀態(tài)的種群量也要小很多.雖然各個(gè)主體都試圖獲得最大持續(xù)利潤(rùn),但卻出現(xiàn)了不利于實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)最大福利的結(jié)果.究其原因,在于每個(gè)捕撈主體從自身的利益出發(fā),而忽略了種群的增長(zhǎng),在選擇自己的捕撈強(qiáng)度時(shí),只考慮到對(duì)自身利潤(rùn)的影響,沒(méi)有考慮到他人或者社會(huì)產(chǎn)生的負(fù)效應(yīng).為避免這種現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,應(yīng)對(duì)漁業(yè)資源進(jìn)行全面規(guī)劃,綜合管理,合理開(kāi)發(fā),并確定和控制各個(gè)捕撈主體應(yīng)投入的捕撈強(qiáng)度.對(duì)于置全社會(huì)利益于不顧,盲目增大捕撈強(qiáng)度的行為要進(jìn)行規(guī)勸,限制,直至依法對(duì)其進(jìn)行嚴(yán)厲懲罰. 在理想條件下,捕撈主體的工作使得種群量的增加受到一定限制,然而,捕撈強(qiáng)度的增加會(huì)使得魚(yú)種群量減小.隨著捕撈主體的增加,各個(gè)捕撈主體獲得的利潤(rùn)也隨之減少,于是各個(gè)捕撈主體就會(huì)增大捕撈強(qiáng)度,從而導(dǎo)致捕撈過(guò)度的情況發(fā)生.
