摘要:大學(xué)生社團(tuán)是大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的重要載體和校園文化建設(shè)的重要力量，是廣大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)能力、開拓知識面、調(diào)整知識結(jié)構(gòu)、挖掘發(fā)展?jié)撃?、展現(xiàn)個人才華的重要園地。隨著新時期高校大學(xué)生社團(tuán)分類、功能等方面的不斷變化，如何創(chuàng)新和改進(jìn)高校大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的管理，促進(jìn)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的良性發(fā)展，進(jìn)而繁榮校園文化、維護(hù)校園穩(wěn)定，是高校學(xué)生工作管理中亟待解決的重要問題。本文結(jié)合XX學(xué)院大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的建設(shè)情況，分析其存在的問題，提出具體的發(fā)展建議。 關(guān)鍵詞：大學(xué)生社團(tuán)；存在問題；發(fā)展建議
ABSTRACT:College Students' community is an important carrier of quality education of college students and construction of campus culture and an important force, is the vast number of students ability, develop knowledge, adjust the structure of knowledge, mining potential, develop the individual talent important gardens. Along with the new time university students' Organization classification, function and other aspects of the constantly changing, how to innovate and improve college student societies management, promote the benign development of College Students' associations, and enriching campus culture, maintain the campus, students work in universities is the important problem demanding prompt solution in. This combination of Honghe University community construction, analyzes its existence the commonness and individuality of the problem, put forward the development proposal. 隨著我國高等教育改革的不斷深化，當(dāng)今大學(xué)生比任何時候都更充滿了全面發(fā)展的渴望，比以往任何時候都有著更為多樣而具體的利益訴求。而大學(xué)生社團(tuán)代表著廣大同學(xué)的利益，成為團(tuán)結(jié)和凝聚青年學(xué)生的紐帶，成為學(xué)校與學(xué)生之間溝通的橋梁，成為校園穩(wěn)定的潤滑劑。盡管XX學(xué)院大學(xué)生社團(tuán)目前還處于初步發(fā)展階段，存在管理機(jī)制不健全、學(xué)校支持不足、類型設(shè)置類型結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、自身建設(shè)不完善及缺乏交流合作等諸多問題，但是在維護(hù)校園穩(wěn)定、繁榮校園文化、促進(jìn)就業(yè)及促進(jìn)學(xué)生心理健康等方面仍具有重要作用。 我們要客觀分析XX學(xué)院大學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)展階段存在的問題，借鑒其他學(xué)校優(yōu)秀的社團(tuán)管理理念，不斷總結(jié)社團(tuán)管理的經(jīng)驗，最終探索出適合我校社團(tuán)特色、健康、多元發(fā)展的新模式。在不斷完善社團(tuán)建設(shè)的同時建立科學(xué)管理模式，在積極尋求學(xué)校、社會的大力支持的同時充分整合、利用資源，在逐步完善社團(tuán)設(shè)置類型的基礎(chǔ)上促進(jìn)多元、繁榮發(fā)展局面，在不斷交流和進(jìn)步中注重傳承和創(chuàng)新，最終形成XX學(xué)院大學(xué)生社團(tuán)全面、協(xié)調(diào)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
