摘要:進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)新階段以來(lái),經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的變化日新月異,各種社會(huì)觀念的更新不斷加快,這種經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的變化必然推動(dòng)道德生活的變化,表現(xiàn)出新的道德問(wèn)題,引發(fā)人們對(duì)高校德育模式的深思,提出在高校構(gòu)建主體性德育模式。本文首先對(duì)主體性德育模式特征進(jìn)行介紹,進(jìn)而從德育對(duì)象主體作用、學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力、德育評(píng)價(jià)體系以及德育教學(xué)方法四個(gè)方面分析XX學(xué)院主體性德育模式建構(gòu)的必要性,最后提出XX學(xué)院主體性德育建構(gòu)的策略,以提高德育的實(shí)效性。 關(guān)鍵詞:XX學(xué)院;主體性德育;模式探析;實(shí)效性
ABSTRACT:Since we enter the new century, our economic and social change rapidly, various kinds of social idea renewal fast, but the changes in economic life was bound to promote the moral life changes, that has showed a new moral problem which has caused people to college moral education mode in thinking and has put forward the construction of subjective moral education pattern. Firstly, this passage introduces the characteristics of subjective moral education in present. And then, it analysis the necessity of building Honghe University subjectivity moral education mode from the target of moral education subject role, the students practical ability, moral evaluation system and moral education teaching method. Finally, it puts forward the strategy of constructing subjectivity moral education in Honghe University, in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education. 當(dāng)前學(xué)校德育教學(xué)過(guò)程中學(xué)生主體性被忽視的狀況在不斷改善,但效果還不是很明顯,增強(qiáng)學(xué)校德育的實(shí)效性需探索切實(shí)可行的主體性德育模式。這一模式的實(shí)施,要求教育主體更新觀念,加強(qiáng)德育實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié),教師采用靈活多樣的教學(xué)方法以滿足學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的需要,并且在德育的考核評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體性,讓學(xué)生參與結(jié)果的考核。這一模式的實(shí)施,不僅要求學(xué)生提高自身的認(rèn)識(shí),主動(dòng)發(fā)揮自身的主體性,增強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)的效果,而且要求教師要及時(shí)更新觀念,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生正確發(fā)揮自己的主體性,提高德育實(shí)效性。相信在教師和學(xué)生的共同努力下,主體性德育模式會(huì)取得更好的效果,真正達(dá)到學(xué)校“以學(xué)生為中心”教學(xué)模式實(shí)施的目的。
