摘要：仁愛思想作為儒家文化的核心，深深影響中華民族的民族精神，具有超時代性，在當(dāng)代仍然可以為社會服務(wù)。隨著全球化和市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，沖擊了社會各方面，對大學(xué)生的道德提出了新要求，當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是未來社會主義的建設(shè)者和接班人，他們的道德素質(zhì)越來越受到更多的關(guān)注。仁愛思想對大學(xué)生思想政治教育具有現(xiàn)代價值，為大學(xué)生主體道德認知奠定了傳統(tǒng)理論基石，有利于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的道德自主和社會承擔(dān)意識，為大學(xué)生道德行為提供協(xié)調(diào)機制，有利于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生完整的道德人格和道德生活方式。通過儒家仁愛思想的啟示，結(jié)合現(xiàn)代“以人為本”的思想，從大學(xué)生主體自身和外部教育因素兩方面，進一步促進現(xiàn)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育的發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的“內(nèi)外兼修”。 關(guān)鍵詞：仁愛思想；以人為本；大學(xué)生；思想教育；內(nèi)外兼修
Abstract：In present day benevolence can still service to the society with super-epochal character, as the core of Confucian culture, deeply affecting the national spirit of the Chinese nation. With globalization and the development of market economy impacting the all aspects of the society, the society puts new demands for undergraduates' ethics. As constructors and successors for socialism, contemporary college students’ ideological and ethical standard is getting more and more attention. Having modern values to undergraduates ' ideological and political education, benevolence lays traditional and theoretical cornerstone for undergraduates ' subjectival and moral cognition and makes for cultivating undergraduates' moral autonomy and social conscientiousness. What’s more, benevolence provides coordination system for undergraduates' moral behavior, and is favorable for cultivating undergraduates' integrally moral personality and moral lifeway. Via the combination of benevolence and the modern idea of “people oriented”, we can further promote the development of the idealistic and political education of modern undergraduates both through themselves and external education, so as to realize the “inside and outside perfection” of contemporary undergraduates. 近年來，探索新時代背景下如何進一步增強大學(xué)生思想教育的有效性，提升大學(xué)生道德素質(zhì)成為思想政治教育研究領(lǐng)域的一個熱點，并取得了一定的研究成果。胡激的《淺談儒家“仁愛”思想對大學(xué)生德育的意義》，孫多玲、趙麗虹的《論儒家“仁愛”思想在大學(xué)生和諧發(fā)展中的重要作用》，李菲的《儒家“仁愛”思想及其對現(xiàn)代學(xué)校德育的啟示——兼論學(xué)校德育的新起點》等論文圍繞儒家“仁愛”思想這個核心，分析了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生德育狀況，認為發(fā)揮儒家的“仁愛”思想的作用，是提高現(xiàn)代大學(xué)生思想道德水平的重要方面。本文在借鑒學(xué)術(shù)界先期成果的基礎(chǔ)上，試圖了解大學(xué)生思想道德問題的現(xiàn)狀并進行成因分析，以提高大學(xué)生思想道德水平為基點，對如何以“仁愛”思想中的人本主義思想引領(lǐng)高校思想政治教育發(fā)展，進行了一些思考和探討。試圖從“成己”和“成物”兩方面探索、提出有利于促進當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想教育發(fā)展的途徑和方法。
