摘要:隨著城市建設(shè)及工業(yè)的發(fā)展，城市道路兩旁的綠化逐漸被重視，由于我國樹木種類繁多、分布廣，就氣候來說南北溫太大，經(jīng)常有寒流侵襲，因此，凍害的發(fā)生較普遍。樹木凍害應(yīng)引起人們的高度重視，要是防凍不及時或防凍措施不當，將會間接導(dǎo)致樹木的死亡。 綠化樹的防凍主要依靠人工用草繩捆綁樹干或者用石灰水把樹干涂白,然而人工防凍這種方法枯燥無味且效率低下，因此應(yīng)該設(shè)計一種可以代替人工勞動的機器，自動地對綠化樹進行噴涂和纏繞草繩。本產(chǎn)品設(shè)計主要為解決當前樹木在噴涂石灰水過程中效率低下、材料浪費嚴重的狀況以及解決樹木纏繞草繩面臨著的工程量大、工作枯燥乏味及耗時太久的問題，提供一種效率高、成本低、石灰水利用率高、噴涂均勻的樹木用石灰水噴涂機和草繩纏樹機。 該裝置主要包含三大部分，第一是動力及控制裝置，其功能是提供動力、控制噴涂和包樹的高度和密度；第二是噴涂及包樹裝置，主要是對排繩繞繩及噴涂機構(gòu)進行設(shè)計，該裝置主要應(yīng)用螺旋傳動機構(gòu)來將旋轉(zhuǎn)運動變換為直線運動或應(yīng)用螺旋傳動來實現(xiàn)機構(gòu)的升降運動；第三是傳動系統(tǒng)裝置，它的用途是把動力和運動傳遞給執(zhí)行機構(gòu)，促使執(zhí)行機構(gòu)完成噴涂包樹功能。 關(guān)鍵詞：噴涂包樹機；排繩繞繩；噴涂機構(gòu)；傳動系統(tǒng)
