摘要:隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來，科學(xué)技術(shù)突飛猛進(jìn)，不斷推動著人類文明的進(jìn)步，國際競爭日趨激烈。特別是隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展和我國加入WTO，世界制造業(yè)的中心逐步向我國轉(zhuǎn)移。外企產(chǎn)品何以屹立于世界之林，不斷沖擊著本土企業(yè)的發(fā)展，究其原因無異于其過硬的質(zhì)量和優(yōu)質(zhì)的后期售后服務(wù)。要想在制造業(yè)和眾多知名企業(yè)尤其是外企競爭，就必須提升自身產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的售后服務(wù)，以及可循環(huán)的回收利用體系。 長期以來我國的質(zhì)量管理都是采取粗放型的模式，而隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量管理方法已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)在的市場需求。，沒有好的質(zhì)量管理體系，自然不能生產(chǎn)出優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品，從而無法占領(lǐng)市場。以卡福汽車配件廠為例，希望通過本次課題的研究，能夠?qū)ζ洚a(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證體系就行一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的完善，以提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，最終樹立質(zhì)量品牌，達(dá)到能夠和世界一流汽車配件供應(yīng)商相抗衡的目標(biāo)。 關(guān)鍵詞:品質(zhì) 質(zhì)量管理 PCDA循環(huán) 服務(wù)質(zhì)量 質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)

In Ca Fu Auto Parts Factory, for example, through this research projects, to built a perfect system in product quality assurance system on the line perfect system, to improve product quality, and ultimately establish a quality brand, and be able to achieve world-class auto parts supplier.
目前我國正處于建立社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的過程中。長期計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制沉淀下來的各種繁瑣的弊病還沒有完全消除。低層次重復(fù)投資、重復(fù)生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)象比較嚴(yán)重，產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)化傾向嚴(yán)重，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長主要依靠粗放型的投資拉動，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度高但運(yùn)行效率低。據(jù)有關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長因素分析測算，在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)值增長中，科技進(jìn)步貢獻(xiàn)率只占10%左右，而工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國家已達(dá)60%以上。因此，我們需認(rèn)識到，在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)正走向知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的大背景下，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長更應(yīng)該注重建立在科技進(jìn)步基礎(chǔ)上，加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整，是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入以科技創(chuàng)新為主要推動力的發(fā)展階段，縮短與世界發(fā)達(dá)國家的差距。
