摘要:軋鋼機(jī)主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)屬于整個(gè)軋機(jī)非常重要的一部分,本文基于它在傳遞能量與扭矩的同時(shí)可能會(huì)發(fā)生尖峰扭矩、振動(dòng)振幅增大從而引起軋機(jī)軸系部件產(chǎn)生磨損、疲勞、變形,久而久之導(dǎo)致軋輥斷裂、萬(wàn)向軸的偏頭、虎口斷裂、聯(lián)軸器破壞、大人字齒輪斷齒、主電機(jī)升高片斷裂、電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子軸軸向竄動(dòng)等問題,研究了650初軋機(jī)軸系扭矩的監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷系統(tǒng),這個(gè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)軋鋼機(jī)的軸系扭轉(zhuǎn)采用了傳統(tǒng)的應(yīng)變片式監(jiān)測(cè)方法,及時(shí)的監(jiān)測(cè)到扭矩?cái)?shù)據(jù)變化并分析數(shù)據(jù),獲得軋鋼機(jī)工作過(guò)程和相關(guān)故障的豐富信息,綜合評(píng)價(jià)軋鋼機(jī)及其各部分的工作狀態(tài),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)其異?,F(xiàn)象,準(zhǔn)確的判斷和處理故障,以及摸索軸系扭轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)的規(guī)律,實(shí)現(xiàn)在線監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷的目的,從而保證了軋機(jī)運(yùn)行的安全性和可靠性,對(duì)于避免故障或者事故發(fā)生,減少停機(jī)損失具有重要作用。 關(guān)鍵詞:扭矩故障 軋機(jī) 扭矩測(cè)量 在線監(jiān)測(cè) 數(shù)據(jù)處理
