摘要:機(jī)械制造是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),很大程度上決定著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。而機(jī)械加工工藝和夾具設(shè)計(jì)更是機(jī)械制造的核心內(nèi)容,其重要性可見一斑。主軸箱作為機(jī)床的重要組成部分,是用于布置機(jī)床工作主軸及其傳動(dòng)零件和相應(yīng)的附加機(jī)構(gòu)的,是將部件或機(jī)器上的軸,齒輪,套等有關(guān)零件組裝成一個(gè)整體,經(jīng)主軸箱內(nèi)各個(gè)位置上的傳動(dòng)齒輪和傳動(dòng)軸,最后把運(yùn)動(dòng)傳到主軸上,使主軸獲得規(guī)定的轉(zhuǎn)速和方向。主軸箱各部件的加工工藝直接影響機(jī)床的使用性能和壽命。所以研究主軸箱的機(jī)械加工工藝和夾具設(shè)計(jì)在一定程度上推動(dòng)了我國機(jī)械制造業(yè)的發(fā)展。 關(guān)鍵詞:主軸箱 機(jī)械制造 機(jī)械加工工藝 夾具設(shè)計(jì)
ABSTRACT:Machinery manufacturing is the foundation of national industries and pillar industries are largely determines the development of national economy. The machining process and fixture design is the core machinery manufacturing, its importance is evident.Head stock as an important part of the machine, the machine is used to lay out the work spindle and transmission part sand corresponding additional agencies, is part or machine shafts, gears, sets and other related parts are assembled into a whole, the headstock each position within the drive gear and drive shaft, and finally reached the movement spindle, the spindle to obtain the specified speed and direction. Headstock part processing technology directly affect machine performance and life. 機(jī)械制造是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),先進(jìn)的制造技術(shù)可以使一個(gè)國家的制造業(yè)乃至整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)處于有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的地位。制造技術(shù)是制造企業(yè)的技術(shù)支柱,是制造企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本動(dòng)力,沒有先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的支持,就沒有發(fā)達(dá)的制造業(yè)。如在上個(gè)世紀(jì)處,由于美國對(duì)機(jī)械制造業(yè)的不重視,學(xué)者只注重理論成果,沒有將理論成果與實(shí)際相結(jié)合而導(dǎo)致美國在20世紀(jì)90年代初出現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)衰退,而日本則重視對(duì)機(jī)械制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,出臺(tái)各種政策,自此日本的經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展。由此可見機(jī)械制造業(yè)的重要性。而機(jī)械加工工藝和夾具設(shè)計(jì)更是機(jī)械制造的核心內(nèi)容,其重要性可見一斑。機(jī)械加工工藝是指在生產(chǎn)過程中,直接改變?cè)牧匣蛎嘈螤?,尺寸,性能及相互位置關(guān)系,使之成為成品。夾具設(shè)計(jì)是設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械加工過程中用來固定加工對(duì)象,使加工對(duì)焦占有正確的位置,以接受加工或檢驗(yàn)的裝置。近年來我國機(jī)械制造業(yè)充分利用國內(nèi)外的資金和技術(shù),使制造技術(shù),產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和水平及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有了很大的提高,為推動(dòng)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起了重要作用。但與工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的國家相比,我國機(jī)械制造業(yè)的水平還存在著階段性的差距。機(jī)會(huì)與挑戰(zhàn)并存,我們應(yīng)面勇于接受挑戰(zhàn),抓住機(jī)遇,以使我國的機(jī)械制造業(yè)能夠在短時(shí)間內(nèi)趕上世界先進(jìn)水平。
