摘要:調(diào)直技術(shù)作為一種精整技術(shù),在工業(yè)發(fā)展史上占有重要地位。隨著調(diào)直理論的不斷成熟,調(diào)直的精度和效率得到了很大的提高。調(diào)直時(shí)使用的機(jī)器稱為調(diào)直機(jī),包括壓力調(diào)直機(jī)、平行輥調(diào)直機(jī)、斜輥調(diào)直機(jī)、旋轉(zhuǎn)反彎式調(diào)直機(jī)、拉伸與拉彎調(diào)直機(jī)。這幾種調(diào)直機(jī)目前的設(shè)計(jì)與制造都比較成熟,在許多行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,特別是對(duì)調(diào)直精度和效率要求都非常高的鋼鐵行業(yè),調(diào)直機(jī)的更新與發(fā)展更為快速,對(duì)推動(dòng)調(diào)直理論的完善與進(jìn)步起到了非常大的作用。 轉(zhuǎn)轂式斜輥式調(diào)直機(jī)適用于調(diào)直線材,其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,操作方便,調(diào)直精度高。本文主要研究了小直徑鋼筋調(diào)直機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),在使用調(diào)直理論經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)等距雙曲線輥型,并在調(diào)直理論的指導(dǎo)下設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)直機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu),計(jì)算比較簡(jiǎn)單,技術(shù)成熟度高,特別適用于建筑工地的小直徑鋼筋調(diào)直。 關(guān)鍵詞: 轉(zhuǎn)轂式 斜輥 小直徑 調(diào)直機(jī)
ABSTRACT:Straightening technology as a finishing technology, occupies an important position in the history of industrial development. With the straightening theory continues to mature, straightening precision and efficiency has been greatly improved. This paper studies the small-diameter steel straightening machine design, the use of straightening theoretical empirical formula based on the design isometric hyperbolic roll and straightening designed under the guidance of theory straightening machine structure calculation is relatively simple, mature technology and high, especially for small-diameter construction site bar straightening.
