摘要:本次設(shè)計是針對機座的各加工表面進行銑面、鏜孔、鉆孔等加工,此次設(shè)計內(nèi)容涉及了機械制造工藝及機床夾具設(shè)計、金屬切削機床,機械加工工藝規(guī)程和工藝設(shè)備設(shè)計。 機座的工藝規(guī)程和工藝設(shè)備設(shè)計是針對機座毛坯零件所進行的工藝規(guī)程選定和工藝設(shè)備的設(shè)計。對機座零件毛坯采用切削的方法改變毛皮的尺寸、形狀和材料的物理機械性質(zhì)使之成為具有所需要的一定精度、粗糙度等的零件。 其中包括對零件的分析,了解其工藝,設(shè)計出毛柸的結(jié)構(gòu),選定零件加工基準,設(shè)計工藝路線等。然后針對每個工步的工序進行尺寸計算,算出各個工序的工藝和切削用量,然后針對三種不同的工藝過程設(shè)計出三套機床專用夾具,選擇合適的部件,比如定位元件、引導元件、夾緊元件等等。計算夾具的定位誤差,分析所設(shè)計的夾具的不足之處和合理性,并在設(shè)計中進行更正改進。 關(guān)鍵詞:工藝規(guī)程 工藝設(shè)備 切削用量 專用夾具 定位誤差
ABSTRACT:This design is for machine base surface of each machining surface milling, boring, drilling and other processing, the design relates to the mechanical manufacturing technology and machine tool fixture design, metal cutting machine tools, machining process planning and process equipment design. Machine base process planning and process equipment is designed for machine base rough parts performed by the selected process planning and process equipment design. Rough parts of the base to change the method used fur cutting size, shape and physical-mechanical properties of the material to become a certain accuracy required, roughness of the parts. Including on the part of the analysis, to understand its process to design the structure of hair bear grudge, selected parts processing benchmarks, such as the design process route. Then for each step of the process for size calculation, calculate the various processes and cutting process, and then for three different processes to design three sets of machine-specific fixtures, select the appropriate components such as positioning elements, guiding elements, clip tight components and so on. Calculation fixture positioning errors, analyze the design of the inadequacies of the fixture and rationality, and to make corrections in the design improvements.
