摘要:土豆是一種世界性的經(jīng)濟作物,也是一種重要的化工原料。它是我國主要經(jīng)濟作物之一,在我國各地均有栽培,種植面積居世界第二,產(chǎn)量居世界之首,一年四季均有收獲。隨著農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)道路的實施,土豆種植面積穩(wěn)中有增。土豆收獲作業(yè)勞動量大,耗時費工,實現(xiàn)機械化收獲是其必然方向。近年來,土豆收獲機械的研制與推廣有了較大發(fā)展。目前國內(nèi)機型以小型、配套動力小、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、輕便為主。但由于土豆莖桿的存在,在收獲過程中不得不先除去莖桿,這樣又加大了勞動強度,也使得研制機具的技術(shù)水平與國外相差甚大,嚴(yán)重制約了土豆產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展。為了減輕農(nóng)民的勞動強度,節(jié)約時間,通過對國內(nèi)外具有代表性土豆收獲機械的研究和討論,對比它們的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作特點的基礎(chǔ)上確定了一種新型土豆聯(lián)合收獲機械的莖薯分離與起獲設(shè)計方案。實現(xiàn)莖薯分離后土薯進(jìn)一步分離并將土豆均勻的鋪放于本隴,不影響下一隴的繼續(xù)作業(yè),而且便于撿拾,從而減輕了土豆收獲的勞動量,提高勞動生產(chǎn)率。 關(guān)鍵詞:土豆;莖薯分離;聯(lián)合收獲機
