摘 要:在當(dāng)今計算機技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的時期,虛擬仿真技術(shù)在各行業(yè)都得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。三維電腦動畫技術(shù)日漸成熟,并且獲得了廣泛的應(yīng)用。眾多功能日趨強大的三維軟件給現(xiàn)代動畫的設(shè)計制作帶來了極大的方便,也為設(shè)計師開拓了更廣闊的創(chuàng)意空間。Pro/E 是現(xiàn)代機械行業(yè)中應(yīng)用較為廣泛的三維軟件之一,主要用于對零部件進行精確建模、組裝和分析。 本設(shè)計主要內(nèi)容有:1.對展開式雙級圓柱齒輪減速器進行拆卸及測繪; 2.對減速器進行三維造型;3.將三維模型進行組裝,并將裝配過程制作成裝配動畫;4.對減速器做運動仿真。 本設(shè)計制作的示教動畫讓讀者對減速器有一個直觀的認識,了解到它的拆裝過程及工作原理,可作為教學(xué)動畫在課堂展示給學(xué)生。 利用虛擬樣機技術(shù),可以使產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計者、使用者和制造者在產(chǎn)品研制的早期,在虛擬的環(huán)境中,直觀形象地對虛擬的產(chǎn)品原型進行設(shè)計優(yōu)化、性能測試、制造仿真和使用仿真,這對啟迪設(shè)計創(chuàng)新、提高設(shè)計質(zhì)量、減少設(shè)計錯誤、加快產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期有重要意義。 關(guān)鍵詞:Pro/E;減速器;虛擬裝配;運動仿真
ABSTRACT:In today's period of rapid development of computer technology, virtual simulation technology in all sectors have been widely used. 3D computer animation technology is maturing, and a wide range of applications. The many functions of the increasingly powerful 3D software to the design of modern animation has brought great convenience, but also for the designer to open up a wider scope for creativity. Pro / E is widely used in modern mechanical industry, one of the three-dimensional software, mainly for the accurate modeling of parts, assembly and analysis. The main content of this design are: an expansion two-stage cylindrical gear reducer, the demolition and mapping; three-dimensional shape of the reducer; the three-dimensional model to be assembled, and assembly process produced assembly animation; motion Simulation of the reducer.
