摘 要:利用模具成型零件的方法,就是一種少切削、無(wú)切削、多工序重合的生產(chǎn)方法,采用模具成型的工藝代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的切削加工工藝,可以提高生產(chǎn)率、保證零件質(zhì)量、節(jié)約材料、降低生產(chǎn)成本,從而取得很高的的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,因此,模具成型方法在先代工業(yè)中,如機(jī)械、電子、輕工、交通和國(guó)防工業(yè)中得到了及廣泛的應(yīng)用。 ?。?)通過(guò)對(duì)飯盒的觀察分析,從塑件的形狀,結(jié)構(gòu)初步畫(huà)出三維圖形,然后對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行質(zhì)量屬性分析,尺寸精度的分析,確定塑件的材料,同時(shí)對(duì)塑件的成型工藝,性能數(shù)據(jù)加以分析。 ?。?)通過(guò)對(duì)塑件體積、質(zhì)量的計(jì)算,確定注射機(jī)型號(hào)并對(duì)注射機(jī)參數(shù)進(jìn)行校核;通過(guò)確定型腔數(shù)目、型腔分布、型腔分型面設(shè)計(jì)確定塑件在模具中的位置。 ?。?)對(duì)模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機(jī)進(jìn)行選擇以及對(duì)有關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行校核。 (3)用CAD和UG繪圖軟件繪制二維零件圖、裝配圖、以及三維實(shí)體。 關(guān)鍵字:注塑模;飯盒;CAD;UG
