摘 要:為了降低農(nóng)民在玉米脫粒時勞動強(qiáng)度、提高工作效率,設(shè)計玉米脫粒機(jī)。一般說來，對脫粒機(jī)的要求是：脫得干凈，果穗破碎少，并盡量減少谷粒暗傷。這對種子用谷粒尤為重要，否則影響其發(fā)芽率。本文設(shè)計是在市場已有的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新，機(jī)體體積小、重量輕、脫粒效率高、清選率高、糠末分離率高以及功率耗能小、總損失率小、破碎率低等特點， 且很適宜田間操作或場院操作。 使用它能減輕勞動強(qiáng)度 ，減少環(huán)境污染。該機(jī)主要有入料口、柵格式凹板和釘齒脫粒滾筒及傳動部件等組成。以電動機(jī)為動力源，動力由電動機(jī)輸出軸輸出，再通過傳動帶傳遞到釘齒脫粒滾筒上，這里的釘齒脫粒滾筒在已有的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，對玉米進(jìn)行平均數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計，將釘齒脫粒滾筒根據(jù)玉米的尺寸，在一定的距離分別在釘齒下方安裝彈簧，這樣就可以更大程度上減少在脫粒過程中的卡死這個現(xiàn)象。為了減少脫離過程中果穗的破碎率，在釘齒上鍍上一層薄膠，這樣在脫粒過程中可減小玉米的破碎率，同時也增加摩擦，更助于對玉米的脫粒。釘齒脫粒滾筒配合柵格式凹板將玉米脫粒，玉米粒從柵格式凹板分離并排出機(jī)體外，而玉米芯從入料的另一端排出機(jī)體之外。 關(guān)鍵詞：玉米脫粒機(jī)；釘齒脫粒滾筒；柵格式凹板
