摘 要:本次設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)EQ3281GT型貨車進(jìn)行改造，使其可以實(shí)現(xiàn)貨車更加安全的后翻，在改造過(guò)程中對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)液壓缸等進(jìn)行重新計(jì)算。對(duì)貨車車廂進(jìn)行重新改造。本文主要分為6章。 1.緒論:對(duì)本次設(shè)計(jì)的背景進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)介，對(duì)側(cè)翻車進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹，并對(duì)本次設(shè)計(jì)提出了要求。 2.貨車的基本參數(shù)確定：對(duì)車廂的尺寸進(jìn)行表述 3.貨車卸貨過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析：對(duì)不同貨物的安息角進(jìn)行了確定，最終確定車廂傾斜角度。 4.車廂支架進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)：機(jī)構(gòu)的確定，機(jī)構(gòu)的計(jì)算，液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)是本設(shè)計(jì)的主要部分。 5.車廂打開機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)：對(duì)打開原理進(jìn)行了闡述。 6.貨車升舉液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)：設(shè)計(jì)了包括液壓缸的內(nèi)外徑、液壓活塞的長(zhǎng)度、油箱等。 關(guān)鍵詞：側(cè)向自卸汽車；機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)；液壓系統(tǒng)
