摘 要:蠶沙就是蠶的糞便,它富含大量營養(yǎng)成分,也是提取葉綠素和維生素E、K果膠等化學(xué)品較為經(jīng)濟(jì)的原料,同時(shí)蠶沙也是一種常見的中藥材。蠶沙的來源主要是依靠搜集家蠶的糞便,篩凈雜質(zhì)之后曬干所得。目前,蠶桑養(yǎng)殖戶主要是通過人工對(duì)養(yǎng)蠶過程中所產(chǎn)生的蠶沙進(jìn)行篩選,通過釘耙或者直接用手對(duì)大的桑葉桿進(jìn)行清理,之后再用竹篩進(jìn)一步篩選,這種方法耗時(shí)較長,消耗體力,工作效率低。因此選擇設(shè)計(jì)一種可以代替人工來對(duì)新鮮蠶沙進(jìn)行篩選的一種機(jī)器,從而提高篩選效率。 本設(shè)計(jì)主要針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的人工篩選方式進(jìn)行相對(duì)應(yīng)的創(chuàng)新性設(shè)計(jì),基于人工篩選的思路,設(shè)計(jì)了三重篩選機(jī)構(gòu),分別利用凸輪聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),高速凸輪機(jī)構(gòu),風(fēng)扇等裝置協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)蠶沙的三次篩選。本課題研究的主要內(nèi)容基本包括實(shí)現(xiàn)三重篩選的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、各類雜質(zhì)的分類排出設(shè)計(jì)、電機(jī)的選擇、傳動(dòng)零件和減速裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、整機(jī)傳動(dòng)方案的選擇等方面。首先根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)需要,完成對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的零部件設(shè)計(jì),確定出各裝置的結(jié)構(gòu),通過UG三維建模,把各個(gè)裝置裝配起來,最終完成蠶沙篩選機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)。在論文的最后,對(duì)本次設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行總結(jié),簡明說明設(shè)計(jì)中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足。 本設(shè)計(jì)不僅能減輕人們的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,節(jié)約大量的時(shí)間,而且解決了蠶沙篩選過程中體力重復(fù)消耗大,工作效率低等一系列問題。 關(guān)鍵詞: 新鮮蠶沙;替代人工;三重篩選;輸出;機(jī)械
ABSTRACT:Silkworm excrement is the dung of the silkworm, which is rich in nutrients, is also the economical materials to extract of chlorophyll and vitamin E, K pectin chemicals, and it is one kind of the common Chinese herds. The sources of the silkworm excrement mainly rely on the collection of silkworm excrement, then sieve net impurity and dried. At present, the sericulture farmers mainly select the silkworm that produces in the process of rearing of the silkworm by hand, which cleans the big mulberry leaves by rakes or using the hands. After this, the people use the bamboo sieve to screen. This method will spend more time, more physical strength and the efficiency is low. Therefore, the author design one machine can take place human to screen the fresh silkworm, and improve the efficiency of screening. This study aims to make an innovative design to present artificial way of selecting the silkworm. Based on the idea that manual screening, the author designs the screening mechanism, which divides use the Cam linkage mechanism, High-speed cam mechanism and Electric fan to realize three screening of silkworm excrement. The aim content of this paper contain some aspects, such as, the realization of the three heavy screening mechanism design, Classification of all kinds of impurity exhaust design, Selection of the Motor, Design of Transmission parts and the reduction device, The selection of the transmission scheme, and so on. Firstly, the author finished the design of the move parts, certain the structures of these devices, combine all of the parts by UG 3D model and then finished the design of the silkworm screening machine. At the end of this study, the author summarizes this study, simply describe the advantage and disadvantage of this study. The machine is not only can reduces the labor intensity of people, save a lot of time, but also solve a series of the problems ,such as, the repeated physical consumption in the silkworm screening process, low work efficiency.
