摘 要:隨著時代的進步，科技的發(fā)展。人們的生活節(jié)奏也加快，生產(chǎn)效率的提高成為時代的迫切要求。隨之而來的自動化替代了很多人類體力的勞動，流水線式的生產(chǎn)已基本能實現(xiàn)自動化生產(chǎn)，但在復雜的勞動生產(chǎn)過程中，還是有許多方面無法實現(xiàn)全自動化的替代人工勞動。無法用自動化的生產(chǎn)方式替代，又要降低人類的體力勞動和提高生產(chǎn)效率。這就需要勞動者手中擁有一流的生產(chǎn)工具，以適應時代要求。 該設(shè)計設(shè)計的是一把多功能射釘槍，使用氣泵提供動力工作。手握手柄食指控制扳機來調(diào)節(jié)二位三通閥閥芯，在平衡閥配合作用下實現(xiàn)快速完成工作，快速釋放氣體，完成活塞回位。推釘氣缸推動推釘扒抓，將釘子送入導釘管內(nèi)，在撞針作用下，完成釘子從焊絲上脫落后打入所連接材料，設(shè)計止釘塊阻止釘子隨推釘扒抓后退，間歇的將釘子推入到導釘管內(nèi)。 關(guān)鍵詞：氣動工具 ；平衡閥 ；二位三通閥 ；推釘扒抓
