摘 要:當(dāng)今社會(huì),自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的運(yùn)用范圍涉及到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。大到國防安全,航空航大領(lǐng)域,小到每個(gè)人的個(gè)人生活,都離不開自動(dòng)化。機(jī)械的自動(dòng)化、智能化早己成為企業(yè)追求生產(chǎn)效率,安全作業(yè),降低人工勞動(dòng)成本等的一種重要方式。自動(dòng)化程度的高低,己經(jīng)成為一項(xiàng)衡量一個(gè)國家,企業(yè),現(xiàn)代化水平的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。可見自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的運(yùn)用即廣泛,又重要! 長期以來,市場還沒有普及自動(dòng)售粥機(jī),而很多名為自動(dòng)“售粥機(jī)”只是完成對粥的封裝功能,沒有真正的實(shí)現(xiàn)“自動(dòng)售粥”的功能。而主要的“對粥的定量”和“盛粥”功能只能依靠人工來完成,使自動(dòng)售粥機(jī)的功能大打折扣。本人設(shè)計(jì)的該自動(dòng)售飯機(jī)不僅具備傳統(tǒng)自動(dòng)售飯機(jī)的功能,而且沒有在人工參與的情況下能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對粥的定量,盛裝。這樣就使得該售飯機(jī)更具效率。機(jī)械式的定量避免了試用人工售飯時(shí),對飯量把握不當(dāng)使粥量不均;全自動(dòng)的售粥也避免了用人工售飯產(chǎn)生時(shí)的衛(wèi)生擔(dān)憂等。它可使用于人量較多的食堂,餐廳等場合。其中對學(xué)校食堂,企業(yè)餐廳,飯店等都具有相當(dāng)?shù)氖袌?。所以該售粥機(jī)有不小的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/p> 第一章首先介紹了本設(shè)計(jì)的選題目的及意義,闡述了自動(dòng)售粥機(jī)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。然后根據(jù)人工售飯的過程,分析了可行的工作原理,并根據(jù)粥的特性設(shè)計(jì)出可實(shí)現(xiàn)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二章對系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行描述,對功能進(jìn)行分解,自動(dòng)售粥機(jī)系統(tǒng)模塊分解,最終求解得出系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案并作出總布局圖。 第三章是本設(shè)計(jì)的主體部分。根據(jù)社會(huì)實(shí)踐調(diào)查確定合理可行的設(shè)計(jì)要求參數(shù),根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)要求對每一個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。包括單片機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)、漏斗容量的計(jì)算、驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的選擇、盛粥方案的選擇等。 第四章對本次設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行總結(jié),簡要說明本設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足,并提出進(jìn)一步研究的設(shè)想。 關(guān)鍵詞:自動(dòng)售粥機(jī);系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì);安全;衛(wèi)生
