摘 要:板坯輸送輥道是連鑄車(chē)間十分重要的設(shè)備之一，它的存在保證了整個(gè)鋼廠(chǎng)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，其作用是將連鑄機(jī)出來(lái)切割成段的的鋼坯運(yùn)送到軋鋼車(chē)間。從連鑄機(jī)出來(lái)的鋼坯溫度能達(dá)到900攝氏度左右，對(duì)設(shè)備的耐高溫的要求較高，板坯重量很大，且沖擊較大。板坯輸送輥道按其傳動(dòng)方式可以分為：集中傳動(dòng)，單獨(dú)傳動(dòng)。本文根據(jù)任務(wù)要求和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件負(fù)載大、輸送距離不遠(yuǎn)、沖擊較大等條件選用集中傳動(dòng)方案，就集中傳動(dòng)進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力裝置的選取、傳動(dòng)部分的計(jì)算及其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、執(zhí)行部分的計(jì)算和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、以及設(shè)備的安裝與維護(hù)方面應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題。 關(guān)鍵詞：連鑄車(chē)間 板坯輸送輥道 集中傳動(dòng)
