摘 要:該課題是結(jié)合實際工程問題而制訂出的一個題目，其目的是設(shè)計一套在水泥生產(chǎn)中能夠?qū)⑺槭瘡牡V山分廠運輸?shù)缴a(chǎn)分廠的下運帶式輸送機系統(tǒng)。 本文是對通用設(shè)備（DTⅡ系列通用固定帶式輸送機）的選型計算，首先對膠帶輸送機作了簡單的概述；然后根據(jù)這些設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則與計算選型方法按照給定參數(shù)要求進行選型設(shè)計；接著對所選擇的輸送機各主要零部件進行了校核。DTⅡ系列通用固定帶式輸送機由五個主要部件組成：傳動裝置、機架、張緊裝置、清掃裝置以及膠帶。目前，膠帶輸送機正朝著長距離，高速度，低摩擦的方向發(fā)展，近年來出現(xiàn)的氣墊式膠帶輸送機就是其中的一個。在膠帶輸送機的設(shè)計、制造以及應(yīng)用方面,目前我國與國外先進水平相比仍有較大差距,國內(nèi)在設(shè)計制造帶式輸送機過程中存在著很多不足。 關(guān)鍵詞：DTⅡ系列通用固定帶式輸送機；選型設(shè)計；帶式輸送機
