摘 要:目前，我國的機械采油量占總采油量的80%以上。按照抽油裝置動力傳遞方式的不同，機械采油主要包括有桿泵采油、無桿泵采油和氣舉法采油三大方式，但具體形式多種多樣。隨著液壓技術(shù)的不斷成熟，將液壓技術(shù)融入到采油過程中，實現(xiàn)液壓泵采油，這種機械采油方法，也是一種無桿泵采油方法。液壓泵采油，主要包含兩個部分，地面液壓系統(tǒng)和井下泵結(jié)構(gòu)。 本次設(shè)計是完成地面液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計，為井下泵提供足夠的液壓能，以維持正常的采油過程。通過井下泵所需要的液壓力及流量，來計算并選擇合適的液壓泵、電動機、油管、截止閥、過濾器、油箱、蓄能器等部件，以一定的控制方式來實現(xiàn)下井1500米、柱塞行程5米及沖次為2的采油過程。 關(guān)鍵詞：液壓泵采油 液壓系統(tǒng) 控制方式
