摘 要:本文主要介紹了顆粒物焙烤機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)的過程。分析了目前焙烤機(jī)械的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀，探討了產(chǎn)品的市場開發(fā)背景，對設(shè)備的基本原理、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)，如電加熱系統(tǒng)、熱風(fēng)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、排潮系統(tǒng)以及傳動(dòng)的主要功能都作了詳細(xì)介紹，論述了焙烤機(jī)過程中采用的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)；遠(yuǎn)紅外焙烤技術(shù)，加熱更快捷，更方便，節(jié)約大理的能源，焙烤質(zhì)量高；熱風(fēng)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，充分利用了爐內(nèi)的熱風(fēng)節(jié)約了資源；焙烤機(jī)的通風(fēng)排潮系統(tǒng)，排出多余的水蒸氣，提高了焙烤的質(zhì)量；焊接整體式機(jī)架，降低了重量，節(jié)省了成本。本文研究成果及主要工作包括:首先，通過對比和分析加熱方式，選擇合適的加熱方式；其次，對焙烤機(jī)的爐體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)，然后系統(tǒng)的增加焙烤機(jī)中不可缺少的系統(tǒng)。顆粒物焙烤機(jī)隧道爐具有產(chǎn)量大、焙烤均勻、穩(wěn)定可靠、操作簡單等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，配以相配套的焙烤設(shè)備可以提高生產(chǎn)效率。 關(guān)鍵詞：焙烤；顆粒物；加熱
ABSTRACT:This paper describes the particles baking machine design process.
