摘 要:隨著我國汽車行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展和尾氣排放要求的提高，對汽車尾氣凈化器的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求。汽車排氣系統(tǒng)為管狀結(jié)構(gòu)的連接，凈化器是其中的一部分，其生產(chǎn)方式主要是焊接加工，焊接方式過去是半自動人工氣體保護(hù)焊，人工焊接的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不夠穩(wěn)定、生產(chǎn)效率比較低還存在安全保障問題，隨著產(chǎn)品數(shù)量和質(zhì)量要求的提升，已不能滿足生產(chǎn)實(shí)際的需要；現(xiàn)在工廠多采用焊接機(jī)器人，但存在投資費(fèi)用大，使用維護(hù)成本和對焊材質(zhì)量的要求高等問題；針對這一問題在兼顧焊接質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)效率和降低生產(chǎn)成本的前提下，研制了汽車凈化器環(huán)縫焊接專用焊機(jī)。 本文分析了汽車尾氣凈化器零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和材料特性，研究了該零部件的焊接原理和焊接方式，明確了該零部件的焊接工藝和焊接要求；為提高環(huán)縫的焊接效率，確定了雙環(huán)縫焊接專機(jī)的開發(fā)思路；研究了環(huán)縫焊接起弧、收弧的方式特點(diǎn)和焊縫軌跡形成的要求，進(jìn)行了專機(jī)的整體設(shè)計，開發(fā)了專機(jī)的驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)、焊接夾具系統(tǒng)、焊槍調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)和整機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞：汽車尾氣凈化器；焊接專機(jī)；雙環(huán)縫
ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of automobile Industry and the stricter requests on the exhaust emissions in our country, there is a higher request to the automobile exhaust purifier's output and the quality. The connection of automobile exhaust system is tube structure, and the purifier is one part of them. Its mainly production method is welding processing. The welding manner in the past was the semi-automatic manual gas shielded welding. The quality of manual welding product is not very stable, and the production efficiency is quite low, and also exists safety control problem. Along with the promotion of the quantity and quality requirement, It can not meet the production actual needs; Now many factories use welding robot, But it costs too much investment expenses, the maintenance cost and the welding materials quality request is high. In view of this problem, In the proper attention to both welding quality, the production efficiency and the production cost reduction, has developed the automobile purifier link seam weld special-purpose welding machine. This article has analyzed the automobile exhaust purifier spare part unique feature and the materials characteristic, has studied this spare part welding principle and the manner, and has been clear about this spare part welding process and request; In order to improve the link seam’s welding efficiency, has determined the development thoughts on double circular welder weld special plane; Studied the circular welded characteristic of arc startingand receiving arc,Has carried on special plane's overall design, and developed special welder’s driving mechanism, the welding fixture system, the welding torch adjusting mechanism and the complete machine control system.
