摘 要:隨著現(xiàn)代社會經濟的飛速發(fā)展，糧食加工機械在我國的社會發(fā)展中處于不可或缺的地位，稻米類加工更是處于前列。焊接支架是各種機器的外包裝零件，普遍應用在各種糧食機械中，此次設計的米機篩框焊接支架是大米加工設備中外殼零件，對米機的整體穩(wěn)定性，甚至對大米的加工質量都起到重要作用。 米機篩框支架零件的工裝設計，緊密結合生產實踐。本次設計根據給定的技術參數，首先由鋼材經過裁剪，再和其它零件焊接成為一個部件，為保證焊接后產品精度，需要經過銑、鉆、鏜等一系列的機械加工。而在該零件機械加工中需要設計必要的工裝，對其進行定位、夾緊，以保證零件的加工精度要求。本課題的特點一是對焊接工裝的設計，二是最后平面精度的保證。 通過這次對米機篩框支架零件的工裝設計，使我熟悉了大米加工機械的很多機構和精度要求，了解了很多關于焊接工藝方面的知識，讓我對所學習的關于工裝設計知識有了進一步的完善。 關鍵詞：米機篩框；支架；焊接；工裝
