摘 要:注塑模具,是以特定的結(jié)構(gòu)形式通過一定的方式使材料成型的一種工業(yè)產(chǎn)品,同時(shí)也是能成批生產(chǎn)出具有一定形狀和尺寸要求的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品零部件的一種生產(chǎn)工具。設(shè)計(jì)過程包括設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)備、塑件設(shè)計(jì)、模具設(shè)計(jì)、裝配圖及零件圖的繪制和畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文的完成等五個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。其中,塑件設(shè)計(jì)和模具設(shè)計(jì)是其中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。因此,本文主要敘述了設(shè)計(jì)方案的確定、塑件設(shè)計(jì)及模架的調(diào)用及注塑機(jī)的選擇、脫模推出機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)等等。這一系列的設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié)都離不開CAD/CAE技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,這樣將有助于切入問題的核心,避免不必要錯(cuò)誤的造成。 本次設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品對(duì)象為消防工具中最常用的滅火器筒座注塑模具,借助于CATIA/CAD/CAM軟件,完成了滅火器筒座塑膠成品的設(shè)計(jì)、一模一腔的型腔型芯工作部分、斜導(dǎo)槽側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、頂出機(jī)構(gòu)、冷卻系統(tǒng)等完整的模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),特別是在設(shè)計(jì)側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)過程中,通過運(yùn)算與對(duì)比解決了斜導(dǎo)槽側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)與頂出系統(tǒng)之間的干涉問題。所完成模具設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)文件質(zhì)量可靠,完整規(guī)范。 關(guān)鍵詞:注塑模具;滅火器筒座;側(cè)抽芯
