摘 要:在軋鋼生產(chǎn)線上,推鋼機(jī)是將鋼坯推進(jìn)加熱爐進(jìn)行加熱的專(zhuān)用爐前輔助加熱設(shè)備,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)鋼坯進(jìn)行二次加熱的過(guò)程。推鋼機(jī)輸出動(dòng)力,逐步向爐內(nèi)推移,進(jìn)行加熱處理。推鋼機(jī)的種類(lèi)很多,本次設(shè)計(jì)選用齒條式雙排推鋼機(jī),它通過(guò)齒輪齒條的嚙合傳動(dòng),將電機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)變換為齒條的直線運(yùn)動(dòng),從而帶動(dòng)推桿進(jìn)行推鋼動(dòng)作。其工作穩(wěn)定可靠,傳動(dòng)效率較高,推力和行程大。根據(jù)推鋼機(jī)120t推力的要求,合理設(shè)計(jì)推鋼機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)并進(jìn)行傳動(dòng)方案的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),最終設(shè)計(jì)出滿足棒材廠120t推鋼機(jī)電動(dòng)機(jī)的選用、傳動(dòng)方式和裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、減速器的選用、主要軸系零件的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)和關(guān)鍵軸進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度和剛度的校核。 關(guān)鍵詞:推鋼機(jī) 傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì) 齒輪齒條 軸系零部件設(shè)計(jì) 強(qiáng)度校核
ABSTRACT:With the continuous development of hydraulic technology and production of steel rolling technology, the new type hydraulic push steel machine gradually replaced the old mechanical push steel machine, although machine mechanical push steel is big volume, high price, large power consumption, the thrust is very big, and has good adaptability to temperature; it saves workshop and construction cost because of separating configuration hydraulic station; it use mechanical power source to replace hydraulic power source, furnace man to make safer, and still has an irreplaceable role. In steel rolling production line, steel machine is a special billet pushing reheating furnace for heating furnace before the auxiliary heating device to realize the process of secondary heating of steel billets. By pushing steel machine output power, and gradually entering the furnace and heating steel . There are many different kinds of steel mill, such as rack type, crank connecting rod type, hydraulic type, spiral, and hydraulic rack type, etc., each has its characteristics.
