摘 要:鼓式制動(dòng)器仍然是現(xiàn)代汽車廣泛運(yùn)用的制動(dòng)器之一。鼓式制動(dòng)器分為內(nèi)張型鼓式制動(dòng)器和外束型鼓式制動(dòng)器兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式。而現(xiàn)在內(nèi)張型是鼓式制動(dòng)器的主流。它的制動(dòng)蹄位于制動(dòng)鼓內(nèi)側(cè),剎車時(shí)制動(dòng)塊向外張開(kāi),摩擦制動(dòng)鼓的內(nèi)側(cè),達(dá)到制動(dòng)的目的。 制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)在汽車中有著非常重要的作用,如果制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)失效將產(chǎn)生非常嚴(yán)重的后果,而制動(dòng)器又是制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中最為重要的組成部分。在現(xiàn)代汽車的設(shè)計(jì)中仍然使用較高制動(dòng)效能的鼓式制動(dòng)器。本次設(shè)計(jì)就鼓式制動(dòng)器的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,在設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中,以實(shí)際產(chǎn)品為基礎(chǔ)。首先根據(jù)給定車型的整體參數(shù)確定制動(dòng)器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式以及制動(dòng)器的主要參數(shù),然后計(jì)算制動(dòng)器的制動(dòng)力矩,制動(dòng)器因數(shù),制動(dòng)耐磨損,制動(dòng)減速度等,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行制動(dòng)器主要零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。最后,完成裝配圖和零件圖的繪制。 關(guān)鍵詞:鼓式制動(dòng)器,制動(dòng)蹄,制動(dòng)片,制動(dòng)效能
