摘要 本文主要介紹了液壓傳動技術(shù)在塑料注射成型液壓機(jī)中應(yīng)用。本液壓系統(tǒng)是依據(jù)SZ‐350/1200 塑料注射成型的成型工藝所需要的動作循環(huán)及對液壓系統(tǒng)要求的性能進(jìn)行設(shè)計的。 塑料注射成型機(jī)主要用于熱塑性塑料的成型加工。在成型加工過程中,要先使粒狀塑料在注射—預(yù)塑加熱筒內(nèi)熔化成粘稠狀態(tài),在此之前合模機(jī)構(gòu)已經(jīng)閉合,當(dāng)物料在螺旋推進(jìn)器前端形成一定壓力是,注射機(jī)構(gòu)開始將液狀物料高壓、快速注射到模具型腔中,經(jīng)過一段時間保壓、冷卻后,開模、頂出制品,便完成一個循環(huán)。 這個成型制品的工藝要求注射成型機(jī)具有以之相適應(yīng)的工作性能;要求注射成型機(jī)具有滿足成型工藝的動作程序;要求成型周期短,對各種物料的加工適應(yīng)性強(qiáng);要求能制出外形復(fù)雜,尺寸精確的制品;要求能實(shí)現(xiàn)半自動和全自動。 為了能滿足上述的要求,本液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計除了能滿足個工作部件對動力(功率、力和力矩)的要求外,并能實(shí)現(xiàn)各工作部件所需的動作、工作循環(huán)、速度、無級調(diào)速,運(yùn)動的平穩(wěn)性和運(yùn)動精度等。 關(guān)鍵詞:液壓系統(tǒng)、成型機(jī)、熱塑性
Abstract This article primarily describes hydraulic transmission technology in plastic injection molding machine. The hydraulic system is based on the SZ-350/1200 plastic injection molding of prototyping needs action cycle and on the performance of the hydraulic system requirements for design. Plastic injection molding machine is mainly used for thermoplastic molding process. In molding process, enabling granular plastic injection — pre-plastic heating cylinder melting into sticky State, before this clamping unit has been closed, when the material in a screw propeller in front of the pressure of liquid injection mechanism starts to high pressure, rapid injection material into the mold cavity, after a period of time pressure and, after cooling, tooling, and Crest products, complete a cycle. This shaping process require injection moulding machine has to fit work performance; requirements for injection moulding machine has a meet of action programs; requirements for short cycle time, on various materials processing adaptable; requirements can be made out of the overall dimensions of the complex, precise products; requirements for semi-automatic and fully automatic. In order to be able to meet the above requirements, the design of the hydraulic system in addition to being able to satisfy the working parts on power (power, force and torque) requirements, and be able to achieve its working parts of the required actions, duty cycle, speed, speed, motion stationarity and precision, and so on.
