摘要:隨著模具制造的技能化逐步向科學(xué)化發(fā)展,逐漸由以前手動(dòng)方式發(fā)展為利用軟件等高科技方式來輔助設(shè)計(jì)的完成。冷沖模是其中的一種。 沖壓工藝具有生產(chǎn)效率高、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、成本低以及可加工復(fù)雜形狀工件等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),在機(jī)械、汽車、輕工、國防、電機(jī)電器、家用電器,以及日常生活用品等行業(yè)應(yīng)用非常廣泛,占有十分重要的地位。隨著工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的不斷發(fā)展和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平的不斷提高,沖壓模具作為個(gè)部門的重要基礎(chǔ)工藝裝備將起到越來越大的作用。 本設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)杯子的第一次拉深單工序膜的設(shè)計(jì),其主要內(nèi)容為:對(duì)模具在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的作用,模具發(fā)展歷史與現(xiàn)狀,未來模具的發(fā)展前景做了概述。進(jìn)行零件的形狀、尺寸、精度工藝分析,確定合理的工藝方案。確定毛坯尺寸,判斷能否一次拉成,合理排樣,繪制排樣圖,計(jì)算沖裁力、拉深力,確定壓力中心、壓力機(jī)的選用。確定拉深凸、凹模間隙,計(jì)算落料、拉深的凸、凹模刃口尺寸。確定凸、凹模結(jié)構(gòu),并繪制零件圖,設(shè)計(jì)定位零件,壓料、卸料、出件零部件,設(shè)計(jì)固定零件,選擇模架標(biāo)注緊固件。最后繪制模具非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件圖,用CAD和UG分別畫出二維與三維裝配圖。 關(guān)鍵詞:落料;拉深;杯子;單工序模
