摘要:塑料在當(dāng)今世界上無處不用,因此塑料模具有很大發(fā)展,特別是注塑模。由此可知,研究注塑模具對(duì)了解塑料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有很大意義。 本課題主要是針對(duì)遙控器的模具設(shè)計(jì),通過對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行工藝性分析和比較,最終設(shè)計(jì)出一副注塑模。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性及具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對(duì)模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、分型面、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機(jī)的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核都有詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)本設(shè)計(jì)。確定了動(dòng)、定模板及型腔、型芯的尺寸,選取了相應(yīng)的模架。用UG繪制了整體裝配圖,并生成了相應(yīng)的工程圖形。 通過本設(shè)計(jì),可以對(duì)注塑模具有一個(gè)初步的認(rèn)識(shí),注意到設(shè)計(jì)中的某些細(xì)節(jié)問題,了解模具結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理;通過畫裝配圖、零件圖,進(jìn)一步系統(tǒng)深化CAD熟練程度,主要是對(duì)UG的熟練,可以快速設(shè)計(jì)出模具所需的各種零部件,加深了對(duì)模具各個(gè)零件的認(rèn)識(shí)。 關(guān)鍵詞:電視機(jī)遙控器上殼;注塑模具;設(shè)計(jì);UG
