摘要:隨著人類社會的不斷進步，生產力和人類生活水平的提高，現(xiàn)代家庭的生活節(jié)奏也不斷加快。以往傳統(tǒng)的一些廚房用具已不能滿足人們的要求，廚房用具的自動化、多功能化已是大勢所趨。切片機的問世，給人們的生產、生活帶來了巨大的便利，它不僅提高了人們的生活質量，而且也大大提高了生產效率。土豆是人體所必需的一種食品，而且食用方法多樣。所以要把土豆加工成各種形狀（如：條狀、片狀等等），單單靠人工來完成既費時、費力而且也不好加工。 本設計的切片機主要針對中小型場合，例如加工作坊、食堂、家庭等。本文分別對帶、軸、刀片、刀盤等進行設計計算，對軸承、鍵等元件進行了選擇。本設計的切片機有較高的效率，能分別對土豆、紅薯、洋蔥等進行工作。 關鍵詞：土豆；切片機；刀片；刀盤
